Pros +
- The property seems to have originally have been one large appartment, in a classical old and charming building, nowadays partitioned into several rooms. It has very good accessibility, tram 2 and 4 are right in front, tram 12 and bustops a few steps away. You have a Carrefour express underneath and a Penny across the street. For coffee you need to get a couple of streets further, but it’s all relatively close.

Cons -
- As mentioned, the rooms were apparently partitioned off one large apartment - they are small but have large, tall windows. Bathroom had minimal furnishing: a cup for toothbrushes would be at least helpful if not necessary, but shower in the niche was nice. It does not offer breakfast and amenities are quite minimal: it would be nice and hygienic not to have two paper cups and two open teabags, but proper glasses and packed teabags :) it was funny and exaggerated that when we asked for extra paper cups, the receptionist asked how long was our stay… for 250€ a night at least we could get glasses, both for drinking and keeping the toothrbrushes in. Also - they only clean roomand collect waste (which we sorted in separate bags they did not provide) on request. As it was during olympics we understand the price, however it did not reflect the offer.
- The hotel has no physical reception; all communication is via WhatsApp. A staff member appeared only 30 minutes before check-in, despite our attempts to contact them for two days. We were afraid we would be left outside in the cold. We asked to speak to the manager, but no one contacted us — shame. We specifically booked this hotel because it had an elevator, as we were traveling with elderly people. However, upon arrival with a lot of luggage, we found out the elevator was not working, and no one helped us. The staff member working on January 2nd was very rude and unprofessional. There are serious issues with staff management. The rooms are poorly equipped (no proper glasses, cutlery, etc.), and the bathroom was very cold because there was no heating.
- At arrival at night very loud music from party close by. Even with earbuds, impossible to sleep. Apparently if you have bad luck and party is on in bar next door, this happens we were told. When asking for solution, no solution offered and we were told by whatsapp contact person from property to wait until music stops…

We chose property because of its location in Milan.

The location was good, It was not too loud and not a long walk to the tube or attractions. China town is just round the corner and was a nice lively place to grab a drink.
The facilities offered are great but there is no restaurant or gym or anything just a room. The way to enter the building is via an app as well and not a card which kept anxiety on phone battery high
Good size room, newly renovated. Comfortable beds.
No staff available on site. It's one of those remotely managed low-cost operations, yet you pay a lot for it. Remote check in, and you have to call them to open the door. A bit confusing once you're inside the building, it's on the first floor, there is a door with the name on it, but it cannot be opened remotely without calling them. The instructions sent by text message only work to open the building door downstairs. Calling is not ideal, and expensive, when you don't have an Italian phone number. During our short stay they were not responsive via messaging. Also forget about leaving your luggage there, since there is no reception. We had to find a luggage storage solution nearby and paid extra for it. I wouldn't stay here again.
Massive room, comfy bed, exceptionally clean
Nice room with good amenities.Price is adequate. Good location.

Do not book this property!I strongly advise against booking this property. When I returned after dinner at 00:30 at the building, the smart lock of the building did not work, leaving me locked out on the street. Despite trying multiple times, calling the property, texting the property and ringing the reception for over an hour I gave up. Even Booking.com was unable to reach the property during the night. In the middle of the night at 01:30, as a woman traveling alone in Milan, I had to search for another hotel. Several hotels were fully booked, and only after great difficulty did I manage to find a room — at my own expense, plus taxi costs. My belongings, including essential medication, were locked inside the apartment overnight. The only response from the host came the next morning via WhatsApp: “Sorry I was sleep." Completely unacceptable.Since then, I have called multiple times and sent various emails. I was repeatedly assured someone would get back to me, but nobody ever followed up.This experience was unsafe, stressful, and highly unprofessional. Do not risk booking this property.
Not value of the money
Check in process and location, rooms are very small and showers in the room.
The room and hotel is beautifully appointed. Immaculately clean. Just gorgeous and I’m not overdoing the praise. It was all brand-new but also very stylish and still with character. The street outside not as amazing but I did not feel unsafe. I’ve just come from the Netherlands and everyone grows beautiful flowers and even the smallest places. I don’t think the Italians like gardening so much maybe.
The property is beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I did buy too many souvenirs and my suitcase was very heavy to get up the stairs but there weren’t so many stairs that the elevator did not cover and I just got my man to carry it.
Great location, clean and easy to get to
Very well situated, quiet room good sound isolation despite being in a central area.
Poor cleaning servce. We spent 4 nights and not once our room was cleaned. When in the last day I asked the lady in the reception she said we had to place the label on the door to request cleaning/refresh the room. For a room that we pay more than 200 eur per night I would expect this as default that at least every 2 days there would be a cleaning service, this is a must everywhere I have stayed in Milan,in Italy or anywhere in the world that I have stayed.Wifi is very poor. Drapes where dirty with stains and the duvet did not have a cover.
Beautiful room, super quiet, good shower pressure, toiletries, very clean, and it’s in a good location!
Maybe a couple for coffee and milk cartons would be good? Honestly it was a very good stay!
The room itself is nice, clean and spacious but the lift was broken so I had a hard time taking my luggage up the spiral staircase. (The lift hasn't been working for a while)
No elevator

Very poor
Had to pay 45 euros for late checkin and waited 45 minutes for someone to come for the checking though we informed the host the time we arrive. Very unresponsive host.
We loved staying here in Milan. Located close to train station and all the city attractions. Also lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Staff very friendly
Nothing!
