This is NOT a hotel. It is just some rooms inside an office building with ZERO hotel facilities (ie. there is no lobby, reception desk, toilets, restaurant). This is effectively a collection of AirBnBs.

Location is amazing, just a few steps from Duomo. Staff is very helpful and kind!

I thought this was a hotel but it is more like rooms on a floor of a business building. We had cleaning every day but linen change every three nights. Breakfast is located at a very cute coffee bar close by but only options are 1 coffee, 1 orange juice or bottle of water and one pastry per person..If you want anything else iit is extra charge. For a price this high, we expected more options. Room could use a more thorough cleaning.

In the heart of the city on the shopping street, just a couple minutes to Duomo square. We could not see the reception, but we managed to get in via wassup directions, and they were very friendly...

It is a half floor apartment hotel, a little bit noisy, you have some ear plugs next to your beds:) We stayed in a family room, there were also some mosquitos, but you have also machine to avoid.

Location is perfect, staff is super helpful and friendly.

The AC was not keeping up with the heat, was max 35 °C outdoors the days we stayed, the AC was quite old, and it couldn’t get to the temperature we want around 20°C, probably got to 24-25°C, which was better than 35 anyways, but that could be a potential improvement for the property to upgrade their Air conditioning system.

If you're expecting a hotel with the standard facilities and breakfast you will be VERY disappointed

The web site seems like a hotel. It is NOT a hotel. It is room in some kind of office building. The rather meager breakfast is not even in the building. It is in a cafe blocks away: 1/2 glass of juice, a bun, one small coffee. Also the building is under renovation with plaster dust in the air and workmen milling about and early morning jack hammers outside the window from around 8:00 in the morning. Totally unacceptable. We searched for the "hotel" HQ without success. Representing this "hotel" is not a good idea.

Central location

Ac was not working at its full potential but we had a connecting room and the AC was working well there.

The location is perfect for having easy access around the old center.

The window couldn’t be opened and the air condition was not working

The location is amazing! The two ladies at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cost but a little on the smaller side. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay there! Thank you! ?

Location is hard to beat ,in the heart of Milan.Receptionist lady is also very charming.

The beds are very uncomfortable and the duvets must change.

Staff were so very helpful

The pillows were absolutely shocking and the fridge was warm and not cold. I was travelling with cold stuff and it had to be thrown out.

Very convenient hotel for those who wish to stay downtown. Walking distance to many places of interest but also to two metro stations. Everyone form the staff I had contact with was polite, friendly, and they responded promptly to our requests or questions.

The breakfast situation is a bit strange. It is served on a cafe just at the corner of the hotel's building. However, although not clearly stated when you booked, you have very limited choices for breakfast. They do a very Italian think, you choose a coffee type (espresso, cappuccino) and either a croissant or a sweet pastry. You also get a small fresh orange juice. So anything else you might want for breakfast, or second coffees, you need to pay yourself for.
