Great location, very contemporary in decoration.

Check-in person was not overly friendly (made a big point of noting that breakfast was not included in our rate when we didn't even ask about it), we couldn't order room service because we couldn't get the phone to work; room was too dark with lights on

It would have helped if someone explained the lift as I've never seen that before. Also, I don't mind lifts at all but I didn't like this one as there were no buttons to press so you felt you had to pray to be delivered to your floor.

I like a cup of English tea in the morning and I had to ask twice as it wasn't refilled!

Really loved my stay here, even though it was just for one night.The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed, a nice bathroom and actually a working AC.The location is super convenient - close to both the metro and the train station.

The lift took me a moment to figure out since nobody explained how it works, but once sorted it wasn’t a big deal.

Didn’t eat breakfast. But the room was very clean, tidy. The staff were very nice even when I wanted to late the checkout that didn’t have a problem.

Nicely upgraded decor, wonderful breakfast and the kids loved the free Photo Booth in reception.

Very little to complain about! One minor thing would be that the TV channel options were pretty limited/outdated.

Location. Walkable to central station and metro. If you don't need to be 'in the center of the action' but want easy access to mass transit in a safe neighborhood, this as a great choice! Exceptional staff

Not much in the immediate area, a little pricey considering that you had to use transit to get to areas of interest.

The room was spacious and comfortable for a group of three people. The staff were very nice and happy to help ! Also the location was very good because it was close to the duomo area which is the central area in Milan.I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you go to Milan!

The shower was a bit weird and the water flow was a bit weak but was not a deal breaker for us

Beautiful updated hotel. Nicely decorated rooms, and lovely outdoor cafe.

We chose this hotel when we thought we would be using the train - our travel mode changed - it was a short taxi ride into main sections of town and a longer taxi ride to airport. There were many good restaurants in close walking distance from hotel however.

Great location, near the central station. Arrived early and was able to check straight into our room. Had everything we needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Great decor

The location was great for us, we used the Metro to get around.The hotel was cool and modern with great helpful staff. The facilities were excellent, all very modern and we loved the clothes steamer in the room

A coffee machine in the room would have been great rather than the sachets.

Fantastic room with a very comfortable bed, best night sleep of our whole trip. We were hoping to use the gym facilities but slept in (haha) Close to the main station.

It was a bit of a walk into the main city area. But would still recommend.
