B&B Hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi

Room was clean, the hotel is in a good location (next to a tram stop and metro). Next to hotel is a cafe in industrial building, which is a good alternative to breakfast at the hotel.

In bathroom was cold, but you can heat the room with air conditioner.

The room was modern and clean. Great internet connection and nice bathrooms. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It's right near public transportation which is key.

It was kind of out of the way from the main tourist areas so not great for a quick stay like I did.

The bed was so soft and comfortable

Parking was not very clear but once that was resolved the stay was nice.

The room for two was more than enough — clean, comfortable bed, a nice view from the window, everything matched our expectations. The timing for check-in and check-out worked perfectly for us.

So far, nothing

Staff good value good, but was very noisy, there was some party somewhere, some Chinese or something. But it’s clean and good value for money

Every thing, staff, location was not bad.

ROSA in the restaurant came to our table to tell us that breakfast is finished, it was 10:18 exactly, and the breakfast finishes at 10, so at least allow us 30 minuts to finish what we got and still eating.I asked her, should we leave now, she said yes, although we were still eating. That was so unprofessional and disappointing.Although she was NOT rude while telling us this. may be she was smiling, I don’t remember exactly.

Close to transit , Breakfast at property and friendly staff

Need Luggage carts

Great value stay, good underground secure parking, good views of the city from city view room. Right in front of the property is tram station which gives access to the city center easily. In and around the location we had great restaurants and ice creams as well.

The hotel building and the fair price parking

The shampoo and the body wash is same. The hotel didn’t accept the request for early checking about 2 hours, which is often accepted from the other hotel that I experienced

Friendly staff, very close to the metro

Too much noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms

The room was comfortable as were the beds. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It would be really great if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

View from the room, quick check-in

There was a blockage in the sink of washroom. Also, I had to ask for extra pillows as the available ones were not that comfortable.

very clean & comfortable & all of the staff were so friendly! the little shop in reception was useful too to quickly grab water or snacks when coming back from a long day out

the fact there was only one plug socket in the whole room. as there was two of us staying in the room, this wasn’t ideal

Decent sized rooms. Location easy to find. Helpful staff.

Noise levels in the room. Bad sound insulation of the front door, difficut to sleep with all the noise! even people whispering in the hallway during the night can be heard.

Great location next to the M5 station. Amazing staff of the hotel really helpful. Great clean room. It was also quiet, no noise at all from outside (although the room was in the 9th floor)

Everything was so close by metro and also the tram into center in 10minutes

The noise from a club next door till 3am but that is not the hotels fault

A huge thank you to the front reception staff Antonio for being a great assistance. I arrived at the hotel aft almost 20 hrs being in the plane but was super early for my check in. Antonio made sure I had everything (a place to work, offered me some suggestion locations to explore while he did his best to get my room ready). I eventually got my room much earlier than regular check in time and was able to rest up, work and explore the city. Big thank you Antonio for making me feel welcomed in Milan.

Close to the exhibition area we wanted to visit, walking distance to city center, parking on site, quick elevators, very helpful team at the front desk. Antonio and Gin gave us some good tips and advices. Breakfast offered wide range of food, good coffee, amazing pastry. Room was just the right size, also the bathroom, perfect one night stay.

Leaving...

Very close to Metro station, clean, very well air-conditioned. My room had very spacious view to surroundings.
