Milhouse Suites Duomo

It was being cleaned every day, has a nespresso machine & coffee pods, has heating & AC working hot & cold.And there was a nice lady cleaning the house her name is Juliette, she is so helpful and cheerful.Also location is awesome and near to a shopping street and to Duomo.

A carpet would be greatTo change the entrance procedures and , the key can be cards and to eliminate the black box with passcode coz it’s a hassle with all the links and intercome thingy.

From the moment we entered the apartment, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, honestly similar to the smell of drugs. We reported this immediately at 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. The host admitted they were already aware of the issue, but no action was taken.We were told there was no alternative apartment available for that night and that a change might be possible the next day, which was pointless because the problem was that same night. The only suggestion was to keep the windows open.As a result, we had to leave the windows open all night, which caused us to get sick from the cold. This was especially serious because my wife suffers from severe asthma.At 10:00 PM, after hours of complaints, we were told that we were free to leave the apartment, which is not an acceptable solution at that hour.The next day, the host entered the apartment, opened the windows, turned on the air conditioning, and used air fresheners — far too late. By then, the smell had already faded only because the windows had been open all night, making the proposed apartment change meaningless.There were also other issues, including a broken door and a very dirty bathroom, all documented with photos.Overall, this shows a serious lack of responsibility and care for guests.We would not recommend this property.

Great location.

Apartment furnished the cheapest way possible. Terrible sofa that must have been 30yrs old. All the furniture was trash. It’s a money grab.

The rooms cabinet has dust , and i have allergies ? so that was not convenient. We wanted to check our and come back with them however they don’t offer luggage storage service.

Location, well maintained, very supportive host via the App and What’s App.

No parking facilities nearby, but that’s a common issue for places located in the historic center.

Beautiful space, large room and bathroom .. lovely deck with chairs overlooking the street . Comfortable bed and soft bedding . Elevator up to 5th floor was ideal! About 10 steps up to the elevator level from the street which is common in older buildings. The host was so helpful with metro lines to use to arrive . Lovely Italian restaurant just steps across the street and a small quaint bar stairs just steps the other way! Plenty of space to organize clothes / toiletries. Easy check in / out. Very prompt response to questions about taxi. They arranged our taxi to airport . E114 flat rate . Excellent location to the Duomo/restaurants/shopping . Would definitely stay again!!

It was so difficult to reach the owners , first night i couldn’t sleep shutter wasn’t working , no water to drink ( basic need 2 bottles per day ) , they cant offer late check out & we have to move with the bags to their main building to leave the bags ( in brief bad customer service)

The location was more than excellent. The room was spacious, and terrace/balcony was cute. The communication with the team on WhatsApp was efficient.

There is no reception, so no help with the luggage. There are stairs before you get to the elevator so it's really inconvenient if you have big suitcases which was our case.

Location was amazing!! close to everything, down below you have one of the greatest restaurants I highly recommend(coco pazzo). balcony was nice, the apartment was well equipped. Cleaning was ok but could do better in my terms of hygiene. Bed was comfy, air conditioning is working well, overall good place, for us the location was supreme we barely stayed home.

It wasn’t dirty but they could do better with the cleaning.

The apartment was perfect for us - it's in a great location but quiet at night (no problem sleeping), had all the kitchen facilities we needed. We really enjoyed the balcony - perfect for an aperitif! 2 min walk from a metro station and 10 min walk to the Duomo. Would recommend!

No person working at the building and had to wait for someone to come from another property to check us in.

Centrally located to the duomo and shopping areas around the duomo. We were allowed early check in, very helpful staff very responsive over what’s app to our needs. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels and others amenities were replenished during our stay. Serviced apartments very clean large balcony space.

Highly recommended property for central Milan duomo and shopping.

The location is excellent, featuring a lovely terrace and a stunning view. The furnishings are also very nice.

The apartment is in a terrific, area, a short walking distance to the Monte Napoleone shopping district and to the Duomo and the Galleria, and there are so many nice restaurants nearby. The street has only occasional traffic and a great little cafe on the corner for your morning espresso and brioche. The apartment itself is very clean with all the amenities you need and the lady in charge of keeping it so is very friendly and super helpful. There is a nice balcony to sit out on, and a citrus tree growing out there with a gorgeous fragrance. The bathroom has a great power shower and the Aqua di Parma soap and shower gel is a very nice touch. We’d say that in the bathroom the paint and plasterwork is quite worn in places, but everything is very clean. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

We had an apartment with balcony, this was so Nice. The location Is Super sentral, the area is Nice and safe. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I stayed at the Velvet Grey apartment for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. Juliet and the receptionist at Velvet Grey were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests and making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient accommodation.

Accommodated us at the very last minute after another property had cancelled on us. Got us checked in within in an hour to a really comfortable room right in the heart of Milan.
