Great food, impeccably servedHotel is rather isolated and far from downtown, but isolation comes with the perks of being a quiet location which is also very close to the Cistercian Abbazia di Chiaravalle. I recommend a visit

Breakfast was rather chaotic: food ran out quickly, there weren't enough staff to help clients and the room was too small to receive comfortably all customers. Not sure if staff was missing that morning, but a practical suggestion for the management could be to have different shifts for different rooms. I enjoyed my stay but the messy breakfast really didn't do justice to an otherwise lovely experience

Breakfast was very good plenty of choice fruits,eggs,cold meats and cheese.

In the advert there was a curtesy bus advertised but when I enquired it doesn’t run at weekends so just under 30 euros back to the airport wasn’t expected

Stylish hotel and good food. All you need. In a nice little village outside Milan but with good links into the city. Bus runs ever 15 mins and you can be in the city centre in 40 mins using bus/underground. Good for parking. Really good pizza in restaurants and good wine list!

There's not much else around, and while the village is nice and feels safe, the areas of Milan close by are a bit rough. We stayed in two rooms - the King room was good but the second B was a like noisy due to an electric garage door.

Absolutely the loveliest place I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not high-end or ultra-exclusive, but it truly has everything you could want from your stay. It’s warm and cozy, the food is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The price is great, the wine selection is fantastic, and the restaurant staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The bathroom is huge and beautiful, and the rooms are perfectly heated.There’s also a stunning garden atrium. I mean, we’re talking about a €70 stay with breakfast near Milan, and you’re getting an experience that feels like €250. Winery had probably 20 pages of wines of all sorts, years, and prices. It’s honestly unbelievable. They even have a JBL soundbar connected to the TV, so you can enjoy a proper cinema-style movie experience

They should pave the road to the parking. Thats it

The parking location was a little difficult to find given the directions on booking.com, especially if you are arriving late at night. Some clearer directions on this would help quests. Although we booked a room with a sofa bed listed on the reservation, when we got there we were notified that bed covers and pillows for this bed would be at an additional cost, even though I had noted 2 people on the reservation. We overcome this by splitting the bed linen and pillows from the main bed however I think if the sofa bed is listed on the booking that it should be available, especially if you have noted the second guest. The bathroom was beautifully designed however the water overflowed from the shower to the bathroom floor leaving the entire bathroom wet, this was fine as we stayed just 1 night but if the stay was longer this would have became uncomfortable.

We liked the room and personal as well, everyday fresh water still and sparkling in the fridge, very nice.

The food in restaurant. Weird combination someone may like but we didn't. Meat that's supposted to be salty being too sweet, it didn't taste good at all. Or for breakfast scrambled eggs that didn't taste like eggs. Just cakes for breakfast were delicious.

Details, personalized attention. All sparkling clean. The staff is great!!

Well furnished and big rooms, with a comfortable bed. The location is in a calm area, with a beautiful church nearby.

Exploring Milan from the hotel is a lot more convenient with a car, but free parking is offered at the hotel.

The hotel had a very nice garden and the breakfast room had windows towards it. The fact the parking was free of charge was great in a city were parking costs are very high. Staff was speaking good English and was very kind.

The breakfast can be improved both in quality of the products and variety.

I LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE OF FAMILY PEACEFUL TRANQUIL THE RED WINE AND PIZZA PLUS LOVELY SERVICE

Very nice neighborhood and the view towards the Abbey was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised that such a neighborhood existed in the outskirts of Milan (Chiaravalle).

The lobby and restaurant staff were kind and attentive, I'll give them a 10! The boutique was also beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is also perfect if you'd like to stay close to the city, but with a country vibe.

We did have a bad experience with one of the house keeping ladies, she came by the first time and we politely ask her to come by later. She came back in about 10/15 min. Once again we politely ask her to come back later not as immediately as last time. She was annoyed by the request, gave us an attitude, and lastly told us they had to move to the next floor. She asked if we needed any towels and what not, which was another way to say we are not coming back. It is totally understandable that they have other things to do, but the attitude was nasty and unnecessary. We did find the room tidy up when we came back later that evening.

The room was according to the pictures online. Very spacious and clean.

Stayed here for 1 night to visit Milan. Staff were very friendly and helped with the best way to visit Milan. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and all fresh. We slept for 14 Hours after long travel and flight, beds are super comfy and quiet rooms and location. We drove 5 minutes to the underground and then got a tube into Milan all very easy from hotel location.

Nothing to dislike

Everything was amazing ! The kindness of all the staff was greatly apreciated, special note to William, our waiter, that was absolutly brillant all along. Bravo a tutti !

The vent in the bathroom was a bit loud but maybe because we are not used to it. Maybe the room would deserve a sit beside the bed. Otherwise everything was perfect

Everything was perfect! The staff was kind and helpful and the room was big and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it had everything for everyone’s taste. The hotels location was in a very nice area on the county side outside Milan. It was very easy to navigate from there with the public transport.

Deluxe suit was renovated and great nice size of the room, comfy bed, quite place.

The only thing was the breakfast was limited and we were asking for eggs, cheese and cups to pour the coffee everyday. I guess the quantity of breakfast shall consider as we paid in advance for the breakfast!
