Everything was like in info. Good breakfast, comfy clean room and beds. Also kindly staff. Good location 5 min walk from two metro stations.

Exactly what I was hoping for, most of all clean, and everything as it was presented. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. All in all great.

It was my first time in Milan. The hotel is small but clean and well organized. Breakfast was sufficient. The weather was cold, but the rooms and bathroom had hot water. Before my trip, they replied quickly to my questions on Booking. The hotel is very close to the metro. On the second night, the metro was closed when I returned from the Duomo, so I walked. It took about 50 minutes from the cathedral to the hotel. I was traveling alone and I was satisfied with the hotel.

I stayed here already a few times and the service is excellent. Room is equipped with all you need, it is comfortable and very clean. Staff is very kind.

I really liked the location, the breakfast, the staff, room facilities are good.

The pillows were a real pain, it were too uncomfortable.

walls are very thin, you can hear everything what is happening behind doors and walls. breakfast had very little options and only a few places to sit. also, it seemed like it was a bit dirty

Excellent quality price for Milan. My room was of good size and equipped with all comforts and very clean. Staff is attentive and very friendly. I will come back.

Very clean and spacious. Quiet lobation, close to Duomo and city center. About 15 min walking distance. Bus and tram station is 2 min walking, Metro is 3 min. Staff is super kind, breakfast is very good

The only complain we have is about the TV - no TV channels were broadcasting, YouTube shows preview, but when you open the video to play - it goes black screen. Not a big issue as we did not stay in the room but sleep.

Great staff, very clean hotel, and the location is very good.. The breakfast is exceptional, I think it is one of the best breakfasts that I had in Italy.

A hotel with a good location and easy access to the center of Milan. Cozy, with very good service, small rooms with everything you need. They are quite clean as well. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive throughout.

Everything you expect in a well run hotel. My small single person room was comfortable enough and I was even able to wait out a rain without feeling trapped or claustrophobic. The breakfast was really good (a real coffee machine with a barista for the win!) and included in the price, which made the entire enterprise a sweet deal for me. You can easily get there by metro (with one change though), but I soon realized the hotel is close enough to the city center and just walked for the rest of my stay. Excellent value for money makes it 10/10.

It is super convinient location if you are travelling to the airport or train station. City center is not far, you can walk there. The room although small was clean and tidy.

Perhaps a little bit noisy but it is right behind the train station, so it was ok.

Be award that there are about 8 steps to reach reception without elevador. We did fine, but if you have mobility issues, check in advance.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

nothing, I stayed for 4 nights. On the first day, I found two water bottles in the room — after that, nothing. I had to buy my own every day, Just a small detail.

Very good location. From Brera district by bus 20 minutes or so. Quiet neighborhood and many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.

I would have chosen different shape sink to the bathroom, but I´m small, for me it was ok.

Great location and no need for a car as easy to use public transportation. Even tours were easy to get to starting at the central station

Breakfast had good variety of food.The staff is welcoming.Location is relatively central with direct tram and about 40-50 minutes walk to Duomo. It was good for my needs, but relatively challenging to get to MXP.

The room was pretty dark, and the bed was quite hard, so if you are into softer matresses, I would not recommend it.

The key is: you get what you paid for. The relation cost - benefit is fair. Considering that it is a place in Milan and you are 6 min walking from a metro station, I think it is a reasonable price. Moreover , it's a 15 min walk to a Chinese neighborhood where you can find delicious food with very good prices, this is definitely a plus. Perhaps my only concern is the fact that you can smell when they are cooking breakfast in the morning, so if you have a light sleep this can wake you up. The room was considerably small but if you need to work or explore around then it's ok. I could check in before time, I appreciate it.
