Was satisfied with the staffer and the location.had a little trouble with my showerhead but that did not ruin my stay

For a 3 stars hotel i find the price highly expensive , comparing to other hotels with more stars and with a cheaper price

The entire experience was excellent

We didn't have Internet connection at the hotel during our stay - the staff told us that's because it rained a few days ago. Also, they weren't able to offer us some kind of replacement for that.

The room had curtain that we couldn't lift up, so there was no daylight in our room at all. Also, you can't open the window, so it was pretty claustrophobic. Furniture is pretty old, and the room could be cleaner. The biggest problem was the fact thar we didn't have WIFI during our stay.

The property is not well managed, the staffs are not trained to work in services industry, the hotel does not provide the basic facilities, it is poorly managed.

Was not quiet in my room.whole night were shouting people in hotel and there was not controll of it.

I think it was a little bit far from the downtown Milan, it was OK except for the December 31. That was a crazy night in Milan a little bit dangerous for the tourist that we don’t know Milan, maybe you should try to give this information so we can prepare to have a scary night because it’s not good new year Milan. But this is not about the hotel. It’s about the location and the date. Because in a normal day is very well connected in buses and Metro stations.

The blanket is really perfect. We stayed calm and joyful. Staff is friendly, we left our luggage and traveled without worries. Thank you so much

Easy location,close to tram stop. Very Friendly and helpful staff,nice,clean room. If I come again to Milan I would deffinetely stay here again.

Accomodation was basic, so there is nothing to be liked.

Window can not be fully opened but just few centimeters. Bathroom was old, shower faucet was not clean or at least shiny, hose was corroded as well. There are no glasess in the room. No one cleaned the room after the first night. Elevator is only for two people which is strange. Etc, etc...

Rooms are ok, bathroom size is decent, location is great for the price. The room and the hotel were clean.

Wi-fi was not working during our entire stay (5 nights), and the staff didn't seem to bother about it. Sometimes when we would ask them when it's going to get fixed they seemed to be unaware of the problem. There was no safe in the room, nor a single glass or a cup to put toothbrush in. There was only one power outlet in the room, close to the window (far from the bed). There were only two coat hangers in the closet.

Close to my friend’s place, the room is reasonably clean.

The staffs are not flexible, I don’t think they are trained to provide services in the hotel industry, the room doesn’t have the basic minimum facilities for traveler who arrives late, like a cup to drink water or a kettle to boil water.

A Fantastic Stay in Milan!My recent stay at the a&o Hostel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Paula at reception, who was particularly kind and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The entire reception team was always on hand to answer questions, provide local tips, and assist with anything I needed throughout my trip.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best parts of the hostel was that they serve delicious pizza, even late into the evening. It’s the perfect treat after a day or night out. The combination of a great team, excellent facilities, and thoughtful perks made my stay truly memorable. I'll definitely be back!

The Reception service was very bad. Everyone at the reception was with booking problems.My booking as per the reception guy was cancelled and they want me to pay more expensive booking at the desk.
