Breakfast more or less OK but there was no eggs!? Everyone always has at least boiled eggs. Espresso was nice! It was clean.

Good price, comfortable bed and pillow. I found it a good low-budget location for people who only need a place to sleep and need no luxury.

Cons -

I dont expect much from 2 star hotel but...The toilet bowl was broken and wobbly. The toilet cistern was leaking all the time and making gurgling sounds. There is a step between the room and the toilet that we kept getting stuck on, it is not marked. The outer balcony door could not be closed. The window shutters could not be lowered all the way, so the sun woke us up early in the morning. There is no elevator and the room is on the fourth floor. The staff does not speak English or very poorly. I did not receive the invoice that is required by law to be issued. I started a dispute through Booking, so I got some kind of bill without my company's name.

The staff was great and really helpful. The hotel is in a nice neighbour, very close to Naviglio and the metro station. The room was good and clean, like the pictures. The bathroom had all the necessities. The view from the balcony was amazing. I totally recommend! I will certainly come back!Ps: The best cappuccino I could have had!
