Nothing stands out. It was cheap and that was obvious.

The lift situation was a pain. The restaurant food was pretty bad.

The location, the bed, the lobby.

The attitude of the staff. They are way too young and have no idea about many things related to the area. The check-in process was too long.

The room carpet flooring was not cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly. I stepped on some rubbish left from the previous guest. The room should have coffee machine or at least a kettle.

The room was small, but clean. The check in and restaurant staff were super friendly. Loved the historic tram that stopped nearby.

Nothing The AC was not working, they said it'sfrom Government but when we went to other hotel they said that nothing like this.Worst location beside central station, alot of theifs in the central station they will steel your money in the central station becareful.Stay away from the central station.About this hotel I like that they tried to help me.

15 euro charge for early check in (45 minutes ) left a bad taste in our mouth. We could have avoided this by signing up to the marketing app. If our room was ready then it was ready no ifs and or buts...

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and good value. The hotel is a good cental location for transport and visiting tourist attractions.

Room is quite small, but clean. Bed is very comfortable, with huge double blanket.
