Only proximity to the station

Yes the hotel was misleading about how the room was in a different building. They then claimed that they say it on the reservation and send a note but neither is true. They were also rude when discussing these issues.

The location is very good, rooms are comfortable & staff was nice. Breakfast was also great.

The climate in the room. It was too hot and the front desk controls the temperature. However, the front desk had a fan delivered to our room to make it more bearable.

The bathroom towels did not smell nice. Either it needs to be washed thoroughly or change the laundry detergent.

Mugged in Milan

There is no security in from of the annex door. I was mugged and robbed right in front of the entrance door. I am a 70 year old lady. WTF.Also it was hot and we were told no AC as it was too late in the year? Nope, never again.

We recently stayed at the hotel, and overall our experience was extremely positive. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly — in particular, one gentleman from India impressed us with his professionalism and attentiveness. The hotel management took into account our request regarding the balcony. The welcome hot drinks upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and added to the warmth of the hospitality. We also appreciated the quality of the coffee available in the lobby.Thank you for a pleasant stay — we would happily return.

Renovated room

Small room, smells bad when we arrived and humidity dirty in the shower

There is something called “economy rooms” which means you will not be staying in the main building, but in the next door building.

Location

Smell in rooms and halls -the receptionist all of them not professional and they you they are angry all the time. The only one is professional I forgot his name he’s wearing glasses is really helpful and smiling initiative
