Hotel Vecchia Milano

It was tucked away on a quiet little street but close to things. We could walk to the Duomo, the metro, & the train station. Wonderful breakfast & breakfast staff. The room had everything we needed for a brief stay.

As people said in other comments, it¿s old. But that¿s in the name. It was great value, good location, pretty clean, and staff was nice.

-okay location but in a back alley way with not much people around/ lights when dark out. if you are younger or traveling alone please do not stay here, or honestly anyone.

-I did not feel safe staying here period. I ended up having to find another hotel to stay at last minute that night because of how scared we were for our safety. I probably wouldn¿t have been able to sleep & the lock to the door looked busted and broken.

The location is perfect. Breakfast was very good and two ladies served breakfast were very friendly and kind. The room cleaned every day.

Everything is perfect

Close to many thins but on a quiet street. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room, although small, had everything I needed.

The mattress was bad. It had a crease in the middle from top to bottom and clearly was well past its usable life.

Hotel has really an amazing location. And personal was helpfull.

The room really needs renovation (old furniture, old electricity). Walls are dirty, windows are really old, heating does not work. The room could be heated by an air conditiong but it is not enough for the room. Cleaning could be also more precise.

There is a lady who seems to own or run the place and she’s terribly abrupt, almost rude and lacks class and general awareness. On one occasion she randomly entered my room after I had just showered, perhaps the most confronting thing that can happen to a guest…it was shameful, appalling.

Very central. Friendly staff. Eveerything in the room worked. The room was very clean. Slept well.

The hotel needs refurbishment, but it is a 3 star hotel, so to criticize it for not having 5 star facilities would be unfair.

Great central location and friendly staff. The room was not large but it was sufficient for a solo traveller. It had a balcony and an AC unit with heating. Super comfortable and the staff kindly allowed me to leave my baggage with them for a few hours.

It’s quite worn and run down however kept very clean and tidy.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet and no light pollution at night which was a bonus for a city break. Facilities were basic but adequate. Staff very polite and helpful, always someone at reception for advice, assistance. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheese, yoghurt, fruit and pastries.

Would have liked a kettle in the room for additional hot drinks.
