- During my stay, the lobby, hallways, and my hotel room had a very strong perfume scent, almost as if to cover up a bad smell. The hallway and elevator at times did indeed have a very strong sewer smell that was very unpleasant. If you are considering staying here, I think its worthwhile to call and ask them if this has been fixed. The bad smell went away after a while but the hallways and lobby seem to consistently have an overpowering perfume scent.

Needs to have a security guard near the hotel since it’s has very limited area and time to drop the luggage, in a safe area.thief’s are everywhere.

The room was very clean and comfortable with 2 windows and 3 beds, which were also very comfortable. Every day we found new bottles with water and super tasty sweets. The location is awesome: 2 steps from Duomo! The best experience was breakfast: delicious eggs and coffee made our day, many thanks to Michele and his lovely colleague for excellent and very welcoming service during breakfast!
Not to the hotel: the garbage machine arrived every morning around 6 a.m., my family did not wake up, but I could not sleep because of this. If you are sensitive too ask for a room with windows looking to the other side.
The location was perfect -- very near the duomo. And the room are clean and the staff, kind. And they had 2 spots of 2 pieces of big luggage.
