The hotel is a bit of a ways from the airport, so be prepared for a high bill (we paid 100 euros for our cab fare).

Rooms located at the ground floor (e.g. with garden) are much much better than at the upper floors. They are very spacious, modern and with nice design of the room, bathroom, and all staff inside (e.g. furniture, branded tap and shower). However upper rooms are not so great as we were considering to stay longer but they did not meet our expectations in case of the size, design and general very positive impression of the bigger rooms located at the ground floor. Breakfast is ok, even above as for Italian standard.

The upper rooms have doors from outside i.e. directly from open-air balcony - it is not very convenient during cooler months to take warm clothes just to go the breakfast. Location is not very great but silent and ok if you have a car.

Rooms were clean, cleaning ladies really did their job perfectly. Breakfast was amaizing, and everyone did their best to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Modern, eco friendly, pleasant staff

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. We arrived early and were given an “upgrade” to our existing suite. If offered ensure you see the room as the rooms on ground level are a tad unconventional but offer you a spa tub and huge open shower in addition to the nice outdoor patio. The coil on the fan in the AC unit burned out shortly after our arrival so the following day they moved us to their largest suite on the upper floor. The operations manager was truly incredible in our she offered to take care of the issue and in her desire to make sure we were pleased.

The location is a bit far from downtown (25 minutes by bus) however there are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

It is not in Duomo, but only about 5 miles away. You can take the bus easily. The best thing about this Hotel is the staff, cleanliness and comfort. The location is great because it’s by the train station, bus station, rails. They also have a wonderful breakfast repast! Would highly recommend.

Fairly far out of the city centre, bath could do with some attention

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile – from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.One of the best things was the bus/tram stop right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the Duomo and all the main attractions.We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The hotel room was beautifully appointed and very large. Also, the included breakfast was very good with a large selection.

For some reason in the country of Italy, there is no air conditioning until the 1st of May so we couldn’t turn the AC on and no fan could be turned so the room was very stuffy and we had to open the window just to sleep

There was nothing that we really "liked", the staff is the best part of this hotel, very nice and helpfull.

The bed and mattresses were third-world. The base of the bed made a lot of noise, and the mattress was very basic.

The hotel, the staff, the breakfast, everything was excellent.Large and comfortable room. The hotel is far from the center, but it is so comfortable and quiet that I will go again. Transport comes 2 minutes away.

Location was perfect, Easy to access Public Transport.Minimart and some very nice restaurants are with in Walking Disctance.Very good size of rooms and comfortable Beds.

Access to room was from Open to Air Lobby :) We were in winter time and which was little unusual!Door will open in Open air....and not inside hotel's controlled weather.!

Really big rooms and very clean. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Location is not Central however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that gets you to the city centre in 15 mins
