Bvlgari Hotel Milano

The whole New Year Eeve Dinner, New Years Day Brunch was fantastic that made for great memories. The Gym facilities were fantastic. Reception and Conceriege where fantastic, greeted us by our names. Very impressive

The only issue was the turn down service and house keeping that let themselves down. they started well and then they forgot to restock minibar with coffee and soft drinks. The one night they did not turn up for the turn down service. when they did arrive the lady said she was late cominng to work??? This was the only negative. All other services at the hotel 10/10, excellent

Amazing property in all aspects. The real luxury feel. Kindness and caring approach of the staff. My rimowa suitcase got damaged and they suggested to take it to the rimowa shop for repair, it was fixed in 1 day. The concierge service was top level as they found opera tickets to La Scala for me 2 days before the show when it was already sold out, I am beyond grateful. Niccolò and Anna such professionals. Delicious breakfast à la carte (I prefer it personally to the buffet style). Beautiful garden and terrace. The food is delicious. The chef is a genius. The vibe at the aperitivo time in the evening. Great crowd, nice atmosphere. The room is beautiful and calm with many details which I loved. Everyday they left something in the room - always some amazing dessert snack and tea in a thermos. I was honestly impressed every time by the quality of attention and detail. Also, there is a salon and spa at the hotel which makes it even more perfect. Both, the hairdresser Salvatore and the massage therapist Tatiana are top notch. Can’t wait to go back to this Milan gem. One of the best hotels in the world.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The service was superb. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how they made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location a little oasis in the middle of the city. Great staff and we got a free room upgrade.

The design and decor was very stylish. All the staff were attentive and made you feel very welcomed. The gym, spa and restaurant were A grade. Also superb location for seeing the city and shopping.

From room amenities to toiletries to the closets the coffee and fridge cabinet. The best part was the late evening tea we received every night . A pleasure worth every penny . Breakfast is 24 hours you get it anytime you want . Evening drink outdoors in summer absolutely lovely in the garden and they always get you a generous platter to snack on with your drink . This hotel is a búlgari jewel .

The best thing in the hotel that made us feel good and happy was in the conceriage Mrs .Lana Dender . She is excellent and have made our stay wonderful . I would like to thank her for her efforts to make our stay happy.

Staff at the breakfast and lunch . They are not providing good services and they are not smiling ,you feel like you are in a jail not in high end hotel . In the room the carpet was cheap quilty and colors were gloomy . I was very disappointed with the hotel servises and quilty .

THE GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT DESIGNED BUTIQUE HOTEL.EXCELENT TEAM THAT MADE OUR STAY VERY COASY AND WARM, VERY HELPFUL FOR ANY REQUEST.ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE AMBIANT ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY PEACFUL AND RELEXING.WE DEFINITLY COME AGAIN !!
