Spacious room with a large comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Nothing! Stay far away from this hotel. There is no 24 /7 reception you have after 9 am to call them and wait them to open the door. The “hotel “ haven’t any safety precaution (old keys that you have to give them )

Dirty, old beds and pillows . The blankets have halls from cigarettes. No way to stay again! They don’t clean. They didn’t give us the commercial invoice.

My mom and I had such a lovely stay here — everything was beyond our expectations.The location is perfect: central, yet peaceful and comfortable. She made sure we felt truly welcome throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering help whenever we needed it.We are deeply grateful for the comfort, hospitality, and genuine atmosphere you’ve created. Location was good for us, room was clean

Parts were a little tired.

Central Location, very close to Metro. Great outdoor bar down the street. Plenty of restaurants in the locality. Staff very informative about the area.

Hotel uses the air fresh that smells nice, but to strong to meIn my room i could hear very lound when somebody uses their bathroom. But no people voices.

bathroom were clean , room was also clean.

in bathroom shower door was broken. no amenities were provided. i paid 100 euro for a night . in that comparision hotel was not good. if i they would have charge me 50 or 60 euro then it was worth it.

The staff was excellent. Vera was extremely hospitable, she gave us great information about the area, where to eat, how to move on public transportation, she even took our luggage up to our room.

The fact that there is controlled access to the entrance door vs having a code or key to get in we have to wait for an attendant, there was always one available but after 10:30pm they said we may need to call a number to have the door opened. There was NO cold water in the bathroom and there was a leak in the bathroom when we asked to have the cold water turned on.

The place is nice, the personel is super friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. Enough space for all of your things, nice bathroom and cozy view from window. I really liked these things

Only problem with this hotel is the sound isolation, because you could hear the water taping during the night in other room of the hotel, so imagine how we felt when we heard the others speaking like they are in our room

The staff was really nice and welcoming, always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is also great, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it very easy to get around the city and reach most places quickly.

The hotel has a strange system where you have to leave your key at the reception every time you go out and pick it up again when you return. Once, I was leaving and the reception was empty, and since the door was locked from the inside, I had to call for help to get out. Another downside is that the walls are extremely thin — you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, from conversations to people using the bathroom. Overall, the price is fair for the stay, but you can probably find a better option for the same money.

Located near metro station, some shops and restaurants and a buzzing aperitivo place on the corner of the street! Also easy parking nearby.

An elevator if you have heavy luggage, but the stairs worked fine for us.

The hotel rooms wars are a bit thin where you can hear people are very easily.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I stayed with my friend and we really enjoyed our time there. We talked with 2 receptionists and both were really helpful with our questions. One of them gave us a Milan map and helped us with the places and the transportation even if we didn't ask. Also the rooms were clean and the neighbourhood is really safe and calm. We definitely think that we are going to stay here again if we visit Milan one more time. Thanks for everything. :)

Maybe the internet connection could be better. Sometimes it didn't work.

The staff were very kind and friendly. My room had views to a small garden away from the road, it was quite. The air con worked very well.

The room was smaller than I anticipated, and there was no wardrobe or drawers to put my clothes. There is no lift, but the staff gave me a room on the first floor and they helped me with my large luggage.

Great value for money. The hotel is at 20 mn in subway from the centre of Milan, and at 35mn by foot. The neighborhood is calm, residential. The staff is very nice, and the room is perfect for a couple of nights.

We really liked our stay at Hotel Calais Milano. The Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a parking right in front of the hotel so you don’t have to worry about your car. Location is also okay, just around 10 min from Metro station. Inside was nice, sheets and towels were changed every day and also room was cleaned. You also can buy coffee from the hotel so you can start your day ☀️.

Overall it was very good accommodation, and definitely worth the money. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is clean. The location is amazing for those who want central location but not too tourist place. Many shopping places and cafes and restaurants, more Italian than tourists. Close to public transportation.

The biggest problem for me was the strong noise when another room used the toilets flash. It is so loud it woke me up in the mornings.Also, when getting out of the hotel, you need to give the key back to the reception, and then request it again when re-enering. It feels unsafe, and I would rather have the key with me. There are no restaurants/shuttles service in the hotel. The room is very simple and small.
