My friend was robbed from inside her room and no effective action was taken by the hotel staff.

Elegant hotel with an excellent central location just steps from the Duomo and surrounded by lively streets. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The amenities and washrooms were top-notch, and the arrangement of a nearby garage parking spot was smooth and convenient. The rooftop restaurant was a must-visit — being on the top floor with breathtaking views was a fantastic bonus and truly elevated our experience.

The tram passes directly in front of the hotel, which can cause some noise, especially for those planning to sleep early. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a special discounted rate at the rooftop restaurant for hotel guests.

The hotel is visually pleasant, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is good. It offers what you need for a short stay and nothing is fundamentally broken or chaotic. From a purely functional standpoint, it works.

Overall, the hotel does not justify its price. We have stayed in better hotels in the same area, paying less. There was confusion and inconsistency regarding breakfast charges for our three year old daughter. At reception, we were told she would be charged the full adult price, despite barely eating. The next day, the restaurant staff informed us that children her age do not pay. This lack of alignment was frustrating.The laundry service was another disappointment. Two white shirts were washed, returned still stained, and the service was expensive and poorly executed.The bed was not terrible, but considering the price point, it was the worst we experienced during our entire trip across Europe.More than any specific issue, what stood out was the absence of care. No one asked, offered, or anticipated anything. The relationship felt purely transactional: they wanted my credit card, and I needed a place to sleep. That was it.There is nothing extremely wrong with this hotel, but there is also nothing extremely right. Despite being in Milan almost every year, I will certainly not return.

Its very good hotel One thing i want to till you that i forger my watch and its is audemars piguet and its coast 200000$ and they call me and my friend came to take it. The hotel is very safe, has high privacy and is very secure.

we loved everything about the hotel...the service was impeccable, the location was ideal...it was clean and modern.

The rooms needed dressers with drawers and more mirrors! There was only one small closet for hanging items...I lived out of my suitcase since there were no drawers for anything! Plus the two big walls in our room...add floor to ceiling mirrors and some hooks. It will make a big difference. It seems the room is set up for business travelers staying for an overnight...not for tourists that spend a week.

We love the location. The staff were very helpful. In fact, we received complimentary champagne and fruit, which was very wonderful. The only problem is the third bed in the room was not comfortable. The mattress is fine, but it has metal forms on the side that hit your legs. Every time you got in and out of bed I would suggest you buy a phone topper for those rollaway beds that elevate The mattress a bit so that nobody’s legs hit those metal side supports.

Location excellent. Breakfast buffet fantastic. Staff wonderful. Like the quirky feel of it. And the rooftop bar!

Nothing, it was not worth the money

They forgot to give me back my deposit. I have messaged them, but still didnt receive a reaction. Also you could hear eveything. People were fighting in the room and hall way, they woke me up.
