Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Called my room when I mistakenly left my passport in the lobby. It was hot that day and having air conditioning in the room was a major factor in a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was a good value.

Location and room cleanliness are good.

Limited breakfast options and facilities are not baby friendly.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable, and the staff’s service is amazing. Breakfast is excellent, and the lady in the dining room makes delicious coffee with a big smile. The hotel is close to the metro and tram, making it easy to get anywhere. It is within walking distance of Cadorna station, from which you can reach MXP airport. It was a bit unusual to receive a physical key for the room and the safe instead of a card, but we fell in love with the charm of the place.

It would have been nice to have coffee provided next to the electric kettle.

Great hotel with in walking distance to the Santa Maria delle Grazie where the Last Supper is located. Reception was warm and the room was lovely. Located on a convenient tram line.

This hotel may be difficult for mobility challenged individuals as there are some steps and a distance from the street. Everything else was great!

Charming g boutique hotel…. Just what I was looking for. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean. Lobby was really cute. Breakfast was nice and the staff were so pleasant.

The room was too warm for me. I could open a window and that helped. They had a kettle in the room but only tea, no coffee. So I walked to the grocery store 1 block and bought instant coffee. I like coffee right when I wake up and did not want to leave my room to get it altho it was provided in lobby.

Free upgrade. Large room. Very quiet. Beautiful grounds. Wonderful breakfast. Good location.

Location is close to a train station so one can sometimes hear trains during the day.

I got the tiniest single room with almost nothing to see out the window. My chair was old and stained.The rain shower feature was broken.I appreciate the soap and shampoo but it would be nice to have lotion.

We stayed for one night in order to catch our bus to Nice, France the next morning. This is a little boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was amazing - so much variety!

The beds were not very comfortable. Not enough counter space in bathroom.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Steps away from the Last Supper painting and easy walk to the Duomo. Fantastic restaurants near by. Room was very quiet. Had a lovely balcony. Staff was attentive. Good breakfast. Train stop right outside the doors.

The property itself is extremely unique and picturesque. The staff was also extremely friendly and accomodating.

The room was economical and I knew it would be small. It was a little cramped and I would have appreciated an extra pillow. The breakfast was excellent, outside in the garden with personal service, not a buffet. A real treat.

I arrived early to the hotel at 10:30 am. Check-in was at 2:00 pm. However, they suggested that I sit in the lobby or wander around town. They offered to keep my suitcases until room was ready. Waited only 1/2 hr., & they allowed me into my very comfortable room. Very friendly & accomodating staff.

Excellent location, in the heart of milan historic city centre a few minutes away from Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Last Supper. We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly and accommodating (we asked for a late check out and to leave our luggage at reception and they let us). The room was quiet and had all we needed, including water, toileries..etc.

Breakfast was not included so we didn't have it but the buffet looked nice :)
