The location was excellent, with very convenient tram and metro connections that made getting around Milan easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping was reliable. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with questions. The hotel offered great value for money, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming throughout the stay.

Staff is very kind and friendly! Met all of our needs. The host leaves free coffee cup and some snacks in the mornings for guests to enjoy! The hotel is super clean — rooms are great and shared bathrooms are kept up well!Will recommend this property to all my friends & family! Well worth it.

Beware, Booking.com states that all taxes are included under the listing, but once you get an email is states that the city tax must be paid at the property. This is Booking.com issue, not the hotel’s.If using travel cubes & they are heavy, you may have to prop them up with something for it to charge your devices.

Clean and cozy rooms . You have the tram to duomo in front of the hotel . It is a safe zone , personal very kind. You get coffee and snacks in the morning to eat. It s very quite between the sleep hours. Worth the price ! We even had a balcony with a nice view !

Excellent cleaning. The service was so nice and generous, the metro is directly outside taking you to the city, this is perfect for a weekend! I highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very convenient to go to the Central Station and Linate Airport. The room is clean and comfortable, and the owner is very warm and kind!

We (3 people) stayed there for only two nights in one bedroom and were really happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, room spacious (with a balcony ^^) and clean. We chose this hotel for its great location. The manager was really friendly and welcoming. Provided us with umbrellas which we highly appreciated on those rainy days. We were also surprised with a complementary coffee, tea and croissants in the morning.

NO MAJOR ISSUES, however, the bathroom door wasn't closing properly (it wouldn't shut completely), but it may be a "problem" in this specific room and since we didn't consider it a big issue, we did not ask to change the rooms. We were surprised that the room was fully cleaned after the first night. It is nice that they keep things clean but we would've liked a heads-up about it since that first morning we left in a hurry and didn't tidy up properly, so we caused extra work for the cleaning personnel who gathered the things off the beds and neatly put all our stuff in one place.

The place is perfect, the room have all what you need, clean and cozy , the staff is more than welcoming and nice, Angela in the reception is so attentive to every detail and so sweet and wonderful, we will miss her and the hotel , we hope to come back soon. Thank you for everything.

Nothing scam the pics in the side was not match there was 2 beds and when I got room there was one bed

It was very close to the metro station! The bathrooms were super clean and there was an additional sink in the room!

It was quite loud! and the bed was a little uncomfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They also offered us breakfast; it was a great experience.

The Booking app had issues and didn’t work properly, and I couldn’t submit the review.

We had reserved a room via Booking.com and had a confirmed stay.However, when we called the Hotel at 5 pm on the day of check-in to ask for parking instructions, they informed that our reservation was cancelled. Furthermore, they said that they tried calling us two times BUT... I never received a call. They never messaged or emailed to inform us either. However, when Booking.com stepped in, we started receiving calls, emails and message via their app from this Hotel within a matter of minutes. Of course, before ghosting us again.The Hotel representatives who spoke to us over the phone were dismissive and tried to push the blame on us. The man called me in an angry tone and then hung up when I tried to pose a couple of questions.Thankfully, Booking.com mediated and offered a room somewhere else. However, Hotel America was clearly overbooked and then without much of a thought cancelled our stay. Even if that was the case, they could've been nice and offered a solution to save face.Terrible experience, will definitely not recommend this to anyone because of how unreliable they are.

For the price point in an expensive city this is an excellent value. Keep your expectations in check as this is not advertised as a 4 star hotel. This is perfect for a budget conscious traveler and I would stay there again!I liked that the pricing was good for the location. It is about 50 feet from the trolley stop that runs directly to Duomo Cathedral. The room was nice sized and clean. Foam big bed, nice linens and bath towels. The doors were secure and I lucked out and had a balcony in room 10. It was quiet and had steam heat and an aircon unit for the summertime. Power was on all the time in the room for charging devices even when you leave. Coffee and some packaged snacks were available in the morning. Water and drinks available for purchase. Shower was hot and incl shower gel and there is a hair dryer as well. There are two bathrooms for 10 rooms. 1 toilet and sink in each room and 1 has a shower. Elevator works well. Good food and coffee walking distance away so no need to travel far from this hotel.

I didn't experience it but 1 shower for 10 rooms could be an issue possibly. The power outlets in the rooms are for 2 prong outlets only. A US 2 prong outlet will not fit. Luckily they had an adapter I could borrow but I would bring my own in the future. The property is perfectly located — just outside the city centre, yet with excellent access.It’s very well maintained, and the cleanliness is absolutely spot on.
