Location. Close to the train station and shopping area.

No elevator. Narrow hallways

The Hotel is exactly as you would expect basic and functional with lovely staff

The shower was tiny and the breakfast is not worth the €15

the location is close to the railway station. the cleaning is good, and the staff is helpful. the heating is rather good during the winter.

there are a few small cons:1. the room is not spacious , enough to stay for a couple of nights if you don't expect to stay a lot in the hotel2. location is close to the railway station but still might require to take a bus or a train for ~2 stops if you have a lot of luggage. Note: the bus from Malpensa drops you on far corner of the station, adding +5 mins to walking time. 3. no hooks in the bathroom to hang on the towels.

Clean, friendly staff. Close to a Metro line to the Duomo. Decent breakfast

Small rooms

The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast basic but good.

There was a smell coming out of the bathroom which the hotel tried to fix but it stayed throughout our sojourn

Location was great, just a few minutes walk from Milano Centrale

Close to train station， nice stuff， warm room for cold weather.Booked a room with breakfast then realize my train leaves early after talking to reception we got breakfast packed in a,very large bag full of food when checking out next morning.I

Bathroom temperature is a lot colder than the room.

The room was clean and the hotel was near the Milano Centrale station.

No coffee/tea, no refrigerator or at least a kettle which all Hotels have and also our room was so close to the main road so it was noisy and we struggled to sleep.

Location of the hotel was good (300m away from the closest Metro line and 750m away from Milan Central Station). Decent restaurants were available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Room was very small in size, and no towels were provided during one the days of the stay. No drinking water was provided in the room. No kettle or coffee amenities were provided either.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant.The hotel was close to the train station and lovely restaurants.

It's was an over priced 3 star hotel. I would put it a step above a hostel.

The hotel has no active camera! It has only one camera that doesn’t register and is only live!The reception man Carlo is a thief!Carlo the reception man kept telling me there are thefts and was taking our key before we go so he makes sure that he can enter the room while we stay waiting in the reception when we come back!I went at night for short time on his shift and he entered our room took the money and denied that! He was the only one that worked and had keysAlso, the hotel is not clean and warm AC is not workingYou can also hear the next roomsI am your customer for years and ask to remove it from booking so people don’t fall in this fraud hotel!

Close to the station. Staff very helpful when I left my passport behind. And very much did what it said on the tin

Older style not many current facilities but you get what you pay for so not too bad

Perfectly fine for the one night's stay. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time, and the staff let us put the bags in the room while they finished the changeover. The room was a twin on the first floor with views over the main street, but didn't suffer any significant noise pollution. The facilties are basic but all we needed. No drinks making facilities in the room, but you can easily get drinks from reception or there are plenty of cafes nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, and allowed us to leave bags there on the day we checked out and collect later. I enjoyed a nice chat with the late receptionist as we watched the football on TV in reception. Overall, an excellent location, just a short walk from Milan Centrale station and the Lima Metro station which can get you to the centre in just a few miinutes. I would be happy to stay here again.

We didn't try breakfast, but was informed it was 25 euro, which seemed a bit steep. Someone else has said it was 10 euro so I may have misheard. Rooms are tired and could do with a lick of paint but it's not a deal breaker for me on a one night stay. The bathroom was on the small side and there wasn't anywhere to hang anything in there.

Located close to Milan Centrale, easy distance to walk. Staff are accommodating.

Towels and bedding smell like vinegar, which gives the room/hotel a weird smell. There are lots of stairs. There are also no facilities for coffee or tea. Very simple hotel good for overnight & short layovers.
