Best Western Plus The Hub Hotel

The pool and gym area were disgusting, very dirty and it smelled horrible. Never found the sauna. Maybe it was dirty too so it was good we didn't find it. The staff was rude all the time. Breakfast was also bad. Shuttle was never available

The customer service was honestly top-tier — easily a 10/10. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. I didn’t experience any issues during my stay, and overall I was very happy with how well we were treated.

The only issue I had was that the toilet flush didn’t work immediately after use and needed some time before it would flush again. I think this may need to be fixed in the specific room I stayed in. Also, the hotel isn’t located in town, but they do provide a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Just note that you need to book the shuttle at reception in advance.

The rooms are great and the overall service was good. Since i was there during an Expo the breakfast room was crowded and the staff was a little overwhelmed but all in all the options were good. The location isn't really anywhere central but manageable.

Nothing really, apart from the location. The hotel is ok for the purpose. It's not a luxury location.

Housekeeping service was good and staff were happy to communicate in different languages which helped.

The breakfast was not great, food was cold, the selection of food was not ideal. The swimming pool which says it is heated and should be maintained between 24°c and 28°c was not applied, it was at least 15°c it was not kept warm.

It was clean. Breakfast was ok. Easy spot.

Dinner option were terrible. No working AC. Staff not very friendly.

The hotel is awful!!!There is a smell in our room of cigarettes.My advice-DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL IN MILAN,ITALY!!!

Area around the hotel was very run down. 4 identical buildings beside the hotel were abandoned, broken windows, covered in graffiti, lots of broken glass outside these buildings and the hotel itself. The hotel is certainly not 4*. The corridors leading to the rooms had very stained carpeting, floor and skirting was water stained outside the bathroom, rooms were too cold for my liking but thermostat was locked off.The restaurant was far too fancy and expensive to take children (veal, octopus, etc) but there’s nothing round about easily accessible unless you are driving. Closest metro was 25 minute walk which I knew before going but you need to walk through some very dilapidated areas to get there.

One receptionist at night shift, was kind and had good sense of humor. The guy named Mohamed, he was kind and polite.

To be honesty , I was disappointed by the service and room. There was an insect in my room. Staff keeps making small mistakes, and my room was too cold to sleep. Broken tray on the table, chair was broken too. I have to ask the toothpaste by myself. The communication was not clear in between the staff. There is service available , which was not told until I found out by myself. All the little details added together made my 2 nights there not very relaxed. Swimming pool was not very clean. A 4 star hotel should not be like this. if you are a 3 star or 2 star, I could totally understand.

It location is far away from any public transportation and the free shuttle service was limited, only 8 a shuttle every half an hour.

A lovely surprise inside!

It’s quite far from central Milan (without a car) and the surrounding area is industrial and so there aren’t places to eat etc, however public transport was reliable!

Breakfast was decent, They had a shuttle to the nearest metro station. there was an indoor swimming pool as well and staff was courteous. Rooms were decent

Bad Location , Not good Value for money at the price point. The pool water was extremely dirty and looked murky - not sure when it was last cleaned, there was even mould near the edges of the pool

The location of the hotel, is kinda far from the center, and also we didn’t have electricity for one day, and we didn’t even got a remuneration or something… we even asked.. and also not

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the place, as well as the comfortable bed! Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but if I return to Milan, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Location not good, in industrial area, no public transport nearby, limited restaurants nearby, positive is they have a courtesy bus available to take you to the Metro station 15 mins away.

Clean, modern design, quiet with descent breakfast and very kind staff.

You need to hire a car or to call taxi's for your transportation. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and there's nothing to do around. No shops, no restaurants. The shuttle bus service of the hotel to Molino Dorino Metro station, is unreliable. It is supposed to run every one hour, but it's never on time and you always need to call the reception to remind of your appointment and inform them that they have forgotten you, for more than 20-30 minutes. The staff is very kind, but it seems that there's something wrong with the operation management.
