The hotel is in a very good location, the staff were all friendly and helpful. At breakfast you can ask the barista to prepare coffee for you and they make very good espressos and cappuccinos
Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Great value for Milano prices.
Very nice breakfast and very freindly staff.
there is a very small drop off area in front of the hotel
It is value for money! Located in a vibrant area of Milan, connected to the rest of the city with many transport options, inc tram, bus etc. I was a solo traveller, stayed for two nights. The room in bathroom was clean, bed linen was washed properly, the single room as well as bed were big enough for a person. They also left complementary treats in the room which was so kind of them. For me, bathroom cleanliness is critical and it was perfectly cleaned, including sink. There is an open wardrobe in the room where you can store your bag and luggage. The heating was okay, I had to heat the room in the evening since it was cold. I had a window in my room as well. Breakfast is nice, you can find both Italian treats and eggs, veggies etc. I would say the options for breakfast are wide and staff is nice in serving you. The staff in general is nice and friendly. It is centrally located. In general, it is a clean, nice, value for money accommodation. I strongly suggest a stay at UNA Hotels Mediterraneo Milano!
Room was good size and comfortable. Location was close to restaurants and transportation.
Didn’t love the lobby space for waiting or having a drink in evening
breakfast was great as was the dining option for supper; very nice room - we should have gotten a larger room for being there multiple days...but we did get what we asked for. service in all aspects - dining, front desk, cleaning - was excellent.
paying for water.... weird.
Near restaurants and about 35min hīkoi to Duomo. Good music and the room has a good work desk.
Breakfast was basic and staff were noisy crashing around putting plates and glasses away.No gym.
Very spacious room, enormous bed, very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Location was good for bars and restaurants, close to Porta Romana metro and so other areas of Milan within easy reach.
Nothing of any significance
When visiting Italy, Una Hotels is one of the top accommodation choices that our employees pick. Since it is in the city centre, it is more convenient and accessible.
none. none. none.
The location was surprisingly amazing! Great neighbourhood Alot of restaurants, cafes We loved the area and the metro is 5 minutes walk from the hotel
No coffee machine in the rooms Elevators are slowwwww
Location was fairly good and comfortable
It might seem minor issue but it’s not. We really felt the lack of a coffee machine in the room, or at least a kettle. Some guests are on business trips, and with breakfast room opening at 07:30, no complimentary coffee in the lobby, and cafes around opening even later, the ability to prepare coffee when you wake up in the morning is basic and essential in our modern day. Italy is the land of coffee. Shame there was no coffee option in the room.
Room in general, good comfortable bed and great bathroom
Hotel looks like in Pictures. . Staf is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK, rooms are big and comfortable.
Location is great, very good breakfast with so many choices, staff were nice
Room extremely small, bathroom with no window or a functioning fan and was very dated and not the cleanest.
Location is not far from Duomo di Milano, has nice places to eat around, and not too far from central train station. Breakfast is very good, and have many options. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
AC was not blowing cold air, so the room temperature stayed at 28°C which is to warm to have a good night sleep.
Location and nearby restaurants and transportation
Breakfast was average price was high
Location, could take the metro/subway quickly
They should charge breakfast by choice full buffet or just coffee and bread
