It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The location was less than ideal.

Centrally located, modern, clean, friendly staff, late checkout at 3pm. Excellent stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff especially Amanda at the front and the two bartenders were so kind and helpful

Very good breakfast, nice rooms, helpful staff. Convenient for number 1 tram.

Long queue for the bar on arrival with nobody helping the hassled woman behind it. I was charged a second time for my room on my debit card despite having paid for it a week previously.

Very nice 4* chain hotel - staff were particularly helpful re local restaurants, bag storage etc. Very handy for the #14 tram into town, good breakfast, nice surrounding area.

No great character but highly functional.

Great staff especially the front desk, Virginia and Amanda. They could not have been more helpful, friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly! Location of hotel perfectly central.

Rooms a little tired.

Disappointing

The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Our friends were even told they couldn’t supply water to their room, to me water is a basic provision which should be provided when staying in a reputable hotel. The staff on reception were very rude and upon check in made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I regretting my booking.

Nice cafes nearby

Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Room was too hot, air on didn’t work and no fans available. No water in room. No tea and coffee in room. Ugly rooms.

Location and cleanliness

Super small beds (twin singles) and beds to close to each other which is uncomfortable when sharing with friends or relatives

The staff were very helpful

The rooms were very shabby, small and sad and definitely not up to NH standard. Very disappointing and expensive too.

Poor

The street was too noisy. It was impossible to sleep. The noise of the city cleaners was too loucos and I could heat it through the windows of my room. We also could hear noise from people in the other rooms (e. g. Running water).

Our room was massive, fitting in 1 extra large bed + double couch, with room to spare. I booked the hotel due to it's reviews, the size of the room and location. All ended up being great!

For a hotel in Milano during the summer, it's great to keep the air conditioning on to refresh everyone.

There is another NH nearby with a similar price and a much premium amenities, lobby, bar, restaurant etc.

No bar until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday and also the Restaurant was closed at the weekend.The room was a bit tired and the electric window blind was quite damaged

Breakfast. A lot of simple dry food like corn flakes bread and butter, but less of hot dishes like pancakes and porridge. On the second day of staying, we could hardly find how to feed our daughter with anything other than parts of a pizza and eggs.We took a car, and in front of the hotel, there is a huge parking lot. I wish that the hotel could make an agreement with the parking for a free or discounted rate for the hotel customers. I paid 23€ per night. In Marseille, with a similar hotel and parking neighborhood I paid nothing or had a special rate.

Clean, comfortable. Nice restaurant, breakfast was great. Only stayed one night on way to airport for departure. But it was very comfortable and clean. Well appointed.
