The hotel staff were very nice, polite, and professional. The best thing is the amazing security of the hotel. The food and coffee were very delicious.

However, I noticed a lot of dust on the tables, especially near the lamp, and it looked like it had been there for days. The dust was heavy, not just a little. Other than that, everything was fine.

Guests can not turn on/off the AC inside the room. The reception controls everything which is very wrong in my opinion.

The air conditioning was phone controlled and don’t work correctly. Room was hot. Very clean room but the phone app was a total pain. Room phone didn’t work. The breakfast was a total joke for sure. I would it go back especially considering the price to service. When we informed them about them about the ac not working she said she would turn it on but after that it continued to not work. No ability to change the temperature.

Good pricing, room size big, clean and friendly staff! I visit Milano 4 times a year and I like to stay in Key Milano every time! Tks

The Aircon was malfunctioning (meaning we couldn’t adjust it ourselves and had to ask the staff). But I guess it’s a punctual issue, so I still think our stay was amazing

Position and modern look

Services, staff not professional and careful of clients needs. Horror movie breakfast in which the barman decides what you eat. The room was dark as a cave.

Cozy and lovely boutique hotel with only I guess 10 rooms or so. They provide everything what you need for comfortable staying from bath sets and robes to a coffee machine and tea sets

The location in general is fine, you need about 30 min by walk to get to the Centre

Great little hotel in a really nice residential area, staff are friendly and it’s super clean.We did have an issue with our Air Conditioner but they handled it very well. Would highly recommend

Room is bigger than expected, but perhaps the chair at the desk is a little too big and takes up a lot of room. Other than an issue with the AC it was very good

My room was next to reception so as I slept there was someone sat outside my door. I told them what time we would be arriving but they didn’t plan for anyone to be working to help us, there was a random man who didn’t know anything, didn’t answer the door for an hour, it was a dodgy neighbourhood and the front of the hotel are just huge metal gates like prison and no signs of where to go. We didn’t get told how to get in or get out of the hotel. We didn’t get shown the breakfast area or the restaurant. My room was next to the lift and all you could hear all night was the lift going up and down.

We stayed one night on our way to Zurich. The property was very modern and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Room was newly renovated and very stylish and modern. The person working at reception was very nice and was a helpful as can be, but they could not fix the broken lock on the safe or get the Aircon to work,

I was expecting a hotel given the price of alternative 4 star hotels, and therefore I was shocked to discover that it's actually a B&B, i.e. 10 rooms in an office building. The reception is a couch next to a small desk in the passage on the 3rd floor of a nondescript office building in a Milan business district. To get to the breakfast one had to go down a floor, through a gym to a sparse hall. The Aircon was not working in the entire office building and I suspect that it rarely works. There is a fan in the room but you then have to keep the windows open. I discovered that there are mosquitos in Milan.

The staff was quite helpful and kind. the room is comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The products are from a famous brand and quite nice to use. The linen is soft. The room has a nice tea maker and tea selection. For us it was quiet the whole night. It is a decent location. Close to the trams.

The room decoration is on the “macho” style. There are weird pictures of blonde ladies on the wall in suggestive poses. The tea area was a little dusty.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, staff was super nice, breakfast was good. The place is not too close from any metro stations, but you can walk to some of the biggest attractions in Milan.

On our last day breakfast was served half an hour late, which would not be a problem if we didn’t have a flight to catch. Also, despite being extremely nice to us, we did hear some heated arguments between the staff in the kitchen while we were waiting for breakfast. Although not fluent, my husband and I speak some Italian and we were uncomfortable with all the swearing and throwing things around in the kitchen while we needed to eat before leaving on a 15 hour long trip.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms, lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!
