Hotel Villagiovanna milano

Careful - Scammers !!!

The stuff behaves in the rudest way possible so that at one point I didn't feel safe anymore staying there and had to rebook the rest of my stay in Milan. Avoid this place at all costs!

Short walk to subway, easy access to historical center. Nothing fancy but good value

Room was big and clean. Great shower. Not to far from M1 metro line and close to plenty of caffe and restaurants.

Although quite isolated from outside noises, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor snoring.AC is controlled by the hotel, you need to ask them to change the temperature if your too hot/cold.

Location - helpful receptionist

Proximity of music school

Kind service, good location

We had no glasses in the room

Nice and clean and good location

You need to hand the key to reception when you leave. This meant I had to call the night staff at midnight but having an e sim the number wouldn’t let me ring it so I was stuck outside. I had to message my italian friend on WhatsApp so he could call them to let me in!

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the metro. Cute rooms. Kind staff.

Spacious room, Comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony and Clean bathroom. Staff very friendly. Reception reachable during the night, but takes a little while.

No elevator. The AC was Not working properly and always Had to be Controlled from the reception. No fridge, No Kettle, nor safe in the room.

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the metro. Cute rooms. Kind staff.

Great location. The area is full of places to grab a coffee, eat, and shop. The room was large and spotlessly clean (serviced daily). The staff was very friendly, competent, kind, and helpful. We'll happily return when planning our next stay in Milan.

We liked everything :)

Very friendly stuff, good location and value for money. It is little uncomfortable to call to reception during night time, but response was very fast.

Very comfortable apartment with everything that you need to spend your stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great

The location was great for metro links to Centrale Milan. The area was lovely with walkable restaurants and cafes

No mini fridge and not able to make drinks in the room such as tea and coffee

Place was nice, clean and not far from the city center. Staff was kind. The balcony was cute

There was no kettle in the room, which would be a nice and easy addition, or a bottle of water

Good location, very very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, it has good A/C and the bed was comfortable. It had a small terrace where you could just sit for some air. The area is good if you're looking to get some good food, groceries, everything is like maximum 10 mins walking. It has bus stops nearby that connect to various places across the city. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to visit Milan.

Not necessarily a dislike, I just found the pillows a bit too hard for my taste. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and spacious.

the staff was super friendly

we had to ring the bell or call someone to come and open the door for us and hand us our room key every time we came back to the hotel which was inconvenient. the bathroom door did not lock properly.

Nice , spacious, clean . Great service, the admin was super nice and helpful. Totally worth the money

A bit too far , we didn’t want to use public transport but we had too , if you are staying for longer period than it’s ok , otherwise book something closer to M1 area

The room was big, a/c was very strong kept us fresh. Transportation was very close to the property (bus and metro). Everyone were so friendly and helpful

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and polite.Every morning, the staff was keen to make us a cup of coffee, even if they did not offer breakfast.

We had a bit of an issue with the traveling suitcases because the was no elevator. Also, sometimes there was a "funny" smell in the hotel and our room. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

All in all, I am satisfied with my stay. The room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. Theres a small counter in front of the reception with a kettle and coffee machine. Staffs were very friendly and helpful and allows us to store our luggage before and after check in without extra charges.

Main entrance to hotel was locked and you have to ring the bell for them to open it. When you come back late, you have to call the number on the door and wait for someone to come and open it. While we never had to wait very long, so it didn't really upset us, it was still a minor inconvenience.Room was on the ground floor right beside the entrance to the hotel. Noises from guests coming in and out, sounds of the door bell buzzing and even at times people knocking loudly on the glass door to enter.
