Hotel Susa

The location was excellent. Close to public transit in the heart of the city.Staff was exceptional, very helpful and always with a smile.

A very pleasant hotel, I definitely recommend staying here. Good value for money. The photos don't do justice to the hotel's charm, so I suggest not paying too much attention to them. Overall, I consider my stay to have been very enjoyable. If I had to find fault with anything, it would be the level of noise, which could have been better (in the evening, I could hear guests returning and talking in the neighboring room, and in the morning, I could hear them leaving for breakfast), and the lack of hot food for breakfast (although breakfast was always fresh and very tasty, some scrambled eggs or sausages would have made a big difference).

The staff was very kind welcoming and helpful. The lady Deborah was super helpful and proactive to make our stay comfortable. She packed the brunch for us because we had booked a tour and didn't get time for breakfast. The staff helped in every situation whether it was booking taxi, recommending tourist spots or restaurants. They were prompt to our requests and very polite in their approach.The location was perfect. It was close to metro station. It was close to tourist destinations and linate airport. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel.The room was clean with all the amenities provided as mentioned.The breakfast was good and the staff serving it were pleasant.We received a souvenir as a gift from the reception which was a good gesture.Keeping the keys at the reception while going out was a relief. It was very convenient and saved us from the hassle of taking care of keys when we went out.We had a very good experience overall. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Decoration, comfortable bedroom, very complete, clean. Cosy dining room. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was decent but the staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were good and clean. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful with directions, calling a taxi etc, simple but important things for out of country visitors. Metro was very close by.

The rooms were hot a bit and we couldnt control it from room.

Metro station is near, very good location. Easy to go to Linate airport and to city centre. Restaurants near by and great neighborhood. Good breakfast and room was also nice.

Very clean and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. The design is cosy, and the breakfast is good. A very kind lady serves breakfast and prepares fresh natural orange juice and coffee. If they add fried eggs to the menu will be fantastic.The location is great—close to the city centre and the train station, and just one minute from the metro station.We totally recommend this place and will come back again

130 euro per night seems really overpriced... the room was nice and clean, but the price too high.

Very nice little hotel. Easily reachable from Linate airport, it is located in a quiet but well connected and elegant area. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay and staff did their best to help with dietary restrictions.

Quite pricey for a hotel that didn't seem particularly modern or fancy. We had a nice time there, but honestly it felt that the price point was inappropriate.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful lady on reception. It was nice to receive some welcome Rose and chocolates

Excellent option, especially if traveling for business at the University of Milan. Very close to Linate airport, well connected to the rest of the city. Great value for the quality. Nice, very clean, very friendly staff, very good continental breakfast. Recommended.

Location was excellent, next to nice park and close to M4 metro to Linate Airport. M4 took us also quickly to dinner in nice Navigli area, which was recommendef to us.

The fire alarm at 4 a.m. was not so nice, but that was not hotel’s fault.

Pretty good spread at breakfast. Very handy location between the airport and the city centre - 100 m from the metro.

Were given a very small double room behind the lift, whose motor and movements were quite noisy. The hotel was full and no other room was available apart from one off reception facing a busy road. Barely any space to move in the room, and little space for our things. Poor value for money.

Broken aircon

Aircon in the room not working. Eventually they put me in a different room but only after telling me that they didn’t have another room and me showing to them that according to booking.com they still had another 2 rooms.
