Genius Hotel Downtown

Location perfect.Stuffs very helpful .Very clean

Excellent location, clean room, helpful staff and good breakfast.

Lots of street noise throughout the night. Heating system made room very hot and stuffy unless window was open.

Excellent, friendly staff. Despite 90+ degree July heat wave, room AC kept us comfortable. Full buffet breakfast each morning, included. Short walk from major public transit and pedestrian shopping street.

No mini-refrigerator in room. No AC in public rooms during July heat wave.

Very clean, had a really nice waiting area and really good breakfast.

I wish breakfast started at least at 630 instead of 7. Most tours’s first slots start at 8 and they ask you to come 15 mins early. The location of the hotel does require 10-17 mins walk from major tour starting points such as the Last Supper for example. So we pretty much have to leave the hotel by or before 715. That leaves barely anytime for breakfast. There are clear signs posted about NOT taking food outside the cafe so grabbing a couple of things to have breakfast on the go is also not allowed.

Location to attractions- all within walking distance. Train station is about a 10 minute walk. Front desk and cleaning staff, having my own room. Hot shower. Good ventilation.

The price was quite high. Breakfast was not included (extra charge).

Very central location. A few minutes walk from from Duomo along Via Dante is a delight. The room is small, but very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. They have a really nice breakfast, although there are also plenty places to grab a coffee outside, including Nespresso cafe (highly recommended) and Starbucks Reserve. Metro station Cairoli is around the corner, which makes it easy to move around. Although you can walk to most locations.

The lift was out of order for a couple of days (although we were offered free breakfasts) small flies were on some dishes during one of the breakfasts the parking spaces were quite far and not cheap

Hotel is nice. Location is not far away from city center. As in Milan all the hotels are bit expensive.

The only issue is bit noise from some where during the night, minibar makes also some noise but it was easy to turn off.

Very central, staff were very hospitable - even allowed me to check in early , offered to keep my bags after checkout & Book taxi to the airport. I was travelling alone & felt very safe walking even late at night from the centre. The metros are very close by which is great to get about. Also the late check out at 12pm was a blessing!! Toiletries are provided including hair dryer which after the rain was very convenient.

Nothing .. planning on booking again next month.

The property is very central accessible to underground. It is also clean and the staff is amazing!!

It was a bit costly but expected in such a prime location
