Personal was nice helpfull. All the time available. Location very good. Everything is in reach via.public transport metro is about 10 minutes from hotel and you can go wherever in few minutes.

Room was ok. But heating was turned off aroun 10 pm till 5 or 6 am and it was cold at night. Also there was a hot water in the shower but i had to wait for hot water 5 minutes maybe even more. Brrakfast was nice but it would be great if tjere was something not sweat.

I had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. There was no breakfast, but it didn’t affect my experience. The only minor issue was that the hotel name wasn’t visible due to renovations, but the staff explained this clearly. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would gladly return.

Location is good, baes and shops nearby, easy to get to the metro, bed is nice and rooms are clean

Very thin doors, no sound isolation, but it was fine for a couple of nights

The shower was pretty bleak, the beds were these uneven and squeaky cots, the breakfast was fairly minimal. The room was also quite noisy, you can hear guests in other room very clearly.

Extremely noisy, you could hear peopke talking in their rooms, extremely nioisy plumbing and general noise from very early in the mirning. You need earplugs to stay at this hotel. Very poor breakfast

Staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast - continental buffet with excellent croissants and decent coffee. It's a little out of the centre but near the metro and easy to get around. Also near a couple of great restaurants and the MUSA museum. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked fine. Good price and breakfast included!

The room/decor was dated but that's fine - if you want luxury then pay for it. Quite noisy - there were no inconsiderate guests as such but people in next room, on stairs and cleaning staff are all very audible, the place must have thin walls. I got some earplugs and was fine, I would still stay there again.

Price and area was not crowded.

The bed creaks when you move which is not good for a light sleeper like my wife.

The most friendly and welcoming staff, they helped me with everything and did it with smile on their faces. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was Italian style - bread, croissants, yoghurt, juice, cereals and coffee/tea. My room was cozy and clean and AC was efficient. The neighborhood seems safe and peaceful.

Breakfast was good. Not a great variety, but ample never the less. Decent sized room with air conditioning and spotlessly clean. Bus to city centre a short walk away.

Satisfied most needs for a business trip short stay. The hotel’s best days might be behind it, but the staff keep it clean and tidy. The location is not the best for down town activities, but great if you have business at the Polytechnico di Milano.

The coffee maker was making its last stand. There was a constant machine noice from a shaft window in the bathroom. The desk plugs were some old Italian type of plugs.

Located in a quiet area of Milan, seemed safe with few bars around. Tram 1min walk, metro 5 min walk from the hotel. Ok if you're not planning spending much time in your room.

Unfortunately, my room was next to the lift which was making a clicking noise when in use. The bathroom was quite tight, the sink was way too big for the room and every time I went to use the toilet I hit my arm on the towel rack and its valve which was sticking out. Breakfast was very basic, with only sweet options available. Also, breakfast room had no air conditioning, which wasn't great as it was 30C when I visited. The whole hotel could do with some TLC.
