    Pros +

    • I attended a wedding in Milan and its close to the venue.
    • Lobby was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was okay.
    • Conveniently by tram stop despite being further out of centre. Good value for money and friendly staff

    Cons -

    • There was no aircon in all rooms. It was so hot inside. Couldn¿t sleep. The manager was nice to accommodate us to stay for another night in exchange for the night we walked out because we couldn¿t sleep in two consecutive nights. Reception staff was rud
    • I don't think it was worth the price at all. The hallways are outdated with dirty walls. The room was not pleasing. TV didn't work. It's far from downtown.
    • Very basic thin pillows but got an extra on request no problem

We were in Milano for the first time! B&B hotel was the best choice we could make for this trip. Right above the tram station and bus stops! Literally 2minutes walk. We were able to go anywhere so 10/10 for that. The room was absolute perfect and the ladies were cleaning it every day and they’ve given as new towels as well. In general the staff in the hotel was really great and kind. Lastly the breakfast was SO good! Amazing! So many savory and sweet choices. If you’re planning to go to Milano I suggest you to check the availability of B&B hotels! Thank you for the best week! I hope each one of the staff is having a great time!

The breakfast was great. The room was fine even if a bit outdated. Clean facilities. The location is a bit far from the city center but there are bus and tram stops just next to the hotel.

Noise! The walls seem to be paper thin and every little sound is shared between the rooms. We stayed for three nights and for two of them we were not able to to sleep at all since there was a party next door with drunk people singing and banging on the doors. The atmosphere was more an university dormitory instead of a hotel. We asked for assistance at the reception and they tried calling these people but this didn't help. The hotel offered us to change our room but when we got to the reception the next day, we were not able to change the room because the hotel was fully booked. Overall, the staff did nothing to resolve the situation and offered us no compensation for the problems that they caused to us.

Only because the receptionist was super nice and welcoming The room is not bad at all and there is a place to park Its a good place for a night

The noise !! Feels like i am sleeping outside you can hear everything every step , people laughing, children crying someoneon the bathroomin another room , and we need a good sleep before our journey in the morning The breakfast has a place for improvement but okThe bath is moldy and old needs renovation

It was relatively close to the city center. The breakfast was very plentiful. Our room was far away in an external building, accessed through the open space.

We were not given the room we were used to at BB Hotel. It was a bit cold in the room and you could hear the neighbors. The website said that parking was free (of course on the street, if I could find a free space in the non-paying zone!). If I wanted to park in the hotel parking lot, I would definitely have to pay!

Good location and. Very helpful crew members

Price.breakfast.public transportation just few steps away

Little far from main attractions, but manageable.i was trying to check in 1,5 before official check in time, and was refused. I saw that hotel was almost empty, plus its big hotel and they had a lot of rooms, so I guess it was just a typical European stinginess/ greed

Great hotel, excellent value for money. The room was very clean, housekeeping was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The room has air conditioning and was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is very convenient: tram to the city center takes about 25–30 minutes, and there is a direct bus to the train station, around 20 minutes. The staff speaks good English. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Bad

Expensive, no kettle, no water, no tea, no iron, too tight toilet, far away from attractions, tax to be paid later per person, so noisy place

    - fairly good breakfast- very friendly and helpful staff at any time of day, in any situation- electric car chargers, free of charge at the hotel- compact rooms with the essentials- Wi-Fi, air conditioning- quite a quiet area, close to the road to Bergamo/Como, shops nearby

    - very basic rooms; the walls let through all the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms — you can even hear your neighbors’ conversations- paid parking that is very tight; in addition, spaces for electric cars are not properly marked, so gasoline cars often park there, causing problems when EVs need to charge- far from the city center — a good place for people with cars, but inconvenient for those without one

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay.

1.The heating system was excessively loud and disruptive.2.The restroom lacked several basic amenities, such as shampoo and a toothbrush.3.The hot water handle was difficult to operate and required considerable effort to open and close.4.After using the shower, water leaked into the bedroom area.5.In the middle of the night, a large flying insect appeared on the bed and struck me in the face.6.The window was not soundproof, and the hotel’s proximity to a tram stop resulted in significant noise disturbance.

We had a perfect time, we enjoyed our time here, breakfast was great, the location was very good not far, easy transportation to the center, very clean, staff is so kind especially Joseph and Sisii, recommended

    8NeraPosted on: 12-28-2025

The breakfast was excellent. Free parking is available around the hotel, with a supermarket and a tram stop nearby, which was very convenient.

One of the beds was squeaky and the pillows were a bit too thin.

The property was nice, exact location as it says, the neighborhood is quiet and nice, breakfast was good, you have everything you need. It's about half an hour from the Duomo and the center of Milano.

As I said property was nice, but I think they gave us the room that doesn't exactly look like these on the pictures, I think we got one of the worse looking rooms...The walls are really thin to the point where we could hear somebodys alarm on the phone from the other room..

    6FlaviusPosted on: 12-24-2025

    Decent price, decent breakfast

The shower draining was almost blocked, the room had a smell not a clean one.

    7HengPosted on: 12-23-2025

They have a foosball table. Close to a park that was good for running.

Far from everything. Takes a while with public transport

    8TalhaPosted on: 12-16-2025

Clean and great value for money

It’s a little far from the city center. Although there are buses and tram close by.

    7DariaPosted on: 12-14-2025

Location is not that bad, very well connected to the city. I didn’t get to eat the breakfast (had to leave earlier) but they prepared the box. Room has TV with Netflix, AC works well. Bathroom is spacious, with soap and body wash. Hot water available. I saw there is a gaming room and hang out area. Pretty quiet except for some minor noises. Bed was pretty comfortable, there is a safe box and a few shelves in the room. Can turn off all the lights from your bed. Cleaned everyday! You can buy some food and basic products in the lobby.

Only one single outlet in the room and one in the bathroom. The toilet is located facing the shower and there is No way anybody can sit there. Maybe a kid. No kettle in the room but they will provide one when asked. They also give plastic cups. Breakfast box isn’t great if you don’t like sweet breakfast. It was supposed to be prepared on a specific time but they forgot. When leaving and checking out, give yourself some spare time as they have to ‘read’ the key card. You cannot just leave the key. City tax not included in booking price. Only one trash can in the entire room. No hanger for the towel, I found it strange. Also only one giant towel and one super small for a face.
