Good distance from the Metro station. The beds are very comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast is pretty basic but still satisfying

the location is quite good.

It's very low cost breakfast, sweet-type, no scrambled eggs, veggies, very hard to make a sandwich :/ even juice you need to pour from a carton :/ coffee is a nightmare - not drinkable :/ rooms are very tiny, AC is like 100 yrs old, not comming back for sure :/

The hotel was clean, located near a metro station and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was basic.

The location was excellent, a 3 minute walk to Famagosta metro station.The decor was nice, plenty of space for storage and the room was clean.

Probably the only 2 things which let it down were: The shower, the showerhead is in a fixed position and the hot water didn't last for long. The walls and ceilings are thin, in the morning, I could hear showers and the drag of chairs.But to note (Room 120): The pillows were thin (but being on my own, I could double them up). The mattress is probably due a change as the side closest to the door sank (but again, being on my own I just slept on the window side)

To small out of the way not easy to find a bit dated needs a bit of TLC. AC too noisy.

The location is great. Easy access to metro station and just a few stops to Navigli and Duomo area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of parking spaces.

The immediate surrounding area isn’t very charming. The hotel feels a bit old and could do with a bit of interior decoration/designing.

No luxury here at all...

Bed and pillows were rock hard. Not very friendly welcome. Bit clinical.

The hotel doesn't have slippers. At night, they turned off the conditioning system, and it was too cold. I was lying with a cardigan

Horrible hotel with BED BUGSDon't go there. Very expensive for what it is and no customer service I put a claim with pictures of bed bugs and no refund or even a reply from them.

Very convenient location next to a metro station. Very easy to get into the centre of town. Basic facilities, but nice and clean. The price was right.

The lift is extremely small, so I hope you like the people you’re riding with. We asked for a second blanket, but the best they could do was a second sheet.

Location was good, staff were nice

Very noisy, you hear everything there even the food steps in the next room. I couldn't sleep I could hear the noise from the 3rd room at 1:00 am, a British couple/friends they were so loud i had to go at the reception to ask the receptionist to come over and ask them to be quiet so that we could sleep. After 5 minutes I had to go back myself to knock on the door and tell them to stop yelling loudly and let us sleep. I don't recommend it at all. Too expensive for what they offer. Is really old and not a 3 star hotel. Bed was so uncomfortable, air conditioning was so loud, the door closed but underneath is 1 mm space where you see the light from the floor and you can hear it all. For me and my family was not what we needed and expected!
