The staff was so welcoming from the minute you step foot in their door. The gentleman who checked me in- his name starts with a J (Julio,Junio,Juno, I’m so sorry that I forgot) was a delight and so warm and kind. The staff that services the morning breakfast was also so attentive and nice.

I loved the location, the building itself is beautiful. It is also quiet while it is very central. It is confortable.

We expected a "warmer" welcome. During the breakfast, we had 2 different people asking for our room number. Only us - nobody else. We felt embarassed. They also quickly removed our cups. I had to let them know I was not done. While the room was beautiful and the buffet yummy, we didn't enjoy our breakfast at all.

The hotel's location was superb, situated just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was spotless, and I must mention that the pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar and the lovely bar of chocolates waiting for us in the room.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we asked for local recommendations, they guided us to some fantastic restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed for two nights and left feeling very happy with our choice. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all! Everything was perfect.

Lovely old building with great character. Rooms nice and large, with balcony which would be amazing in Summer. Rooms nice was very clean and had all essentials. The bed was perfect, and excellent pillows. Breakfast offered a good selection of high quality food. All staff were lovely and couldn’t help you enough. The location is perfect, near all the major attractions, only a short walk away.

Temperature in the breakfast room was a little high (25), but I guess that is a personal choice, we prefer 21-22.

Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options. Staff was friendly, helpful with recommendations and cared. Location was close and far enough away from all the places we were going. Rooms were just the right size.

The hotel was very convenient. The concierge staff….Andrea and Maxim were exceptionally kind and pleasant and went out of their way to help. Loved having the free access to pellegrino and still water as well as snacks and aperitivo.

Location was superb enabling me to walk to every sight I visited. By walking I probably discovered more about the city.It was very clean throughout the hotel although it was not necessary to change the towels and bed linen daily.I also thought the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bacon at breakfast was seriously overcooked and the scrambled egg was quite cold. All the cold options were very good but there wasn't enough prosciutto.

Great location, very helpful staff, generous breakfast, lovely chocolate gift. Rooms sparkling clean.

Really good overall though sometimes you can hear a lot from the next room.

Location. Walking distance to Duomo Catherdral, The Galleria, and our tour's meeting locations. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the Happy Hour in the evening. We were greeted by kind gentlemen at the front desk. Our room was a nice size compared to other European hotels. Our shower was smaller than expected as it was a small box that opened at the corner. Otherwise, the room was lovely with a courtyard view and we were able to enjoy the beverages in our minibar. Lastly, appreciated the guest chocolate that was left in our room.

There's nothing to list here. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Milan!

Everything is great about this hotel, the location, the rooms, the breakfast, the building loôs beautiful...but most importantly, the kindness of the people. From the team at the reception, to the lady that was helping every morning at breakfast and the young man behind the bar...Everything was perfect. Thank you all!!!

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfasts were super! We had a room on the 1st floor with a door outside that I really loved! Showers were strong and hot which feels great after a long walking day :)
