Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Great location.

Bed and pillows way too firm. Shower was quite difficult to get into due to where the sink was (literally had to squeeze into the shower stall)

The location is awesome-in a neighborhood, so we ate at a local restaurant down the street, went to the local coffee shop and corner bar. All were friendly In the square outside the hotel, a little bar in the park opens nightly, packed with locals.

Breakfast was just ok.

Good location, easy connection with the local transportation means, very charming and well organized

Nice shady quiet street. Staff welcoming. Close to main sites. Great air conditioning.

Old and dated room/furnitures. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. This hotel is not a 4 star, max 2 stars. At check in, the guy at front desk tried to tell me I needed to pay extra for my friend.

Nothing, a miserable establishment.

There is nothing good about this hotel. Pathetic. No showers, electrical outlets not working. Front desk people rude, obnoxious. I've travelled the globe, this is the worst hotel on Planet Earth. The star rating must be revisited.

The location was super walkable, I was able to walk to pretty much all destinations fairly easily and it’s just a quick 10 minute beautiful walk to some of the main streets and sites

It’s pretty dated the blow dryer they provide in the room barely worked, it would overheat every 30 seconds so trying to use it was impossible which doesn’t help because it’s hard to travel with an American blow dryer overseas. The bed was really stiff and the pillows were super flat. Made it pretty hard to get a good nights sleep.

Walls are too thin, you can literally hear everything and the room is so tiny

Spacious room and very nice bathroom. Bed was a little too soft, but that is a personal preference. Location was close enough to the Duomo, about a 10-minute walk. Staff was great and very helpful.

one night there was a fire alarm which rang for an hour. no one came to explain to us what was happening. then fire fighters came and reassured us it was a false alarm. but hotel did not seem prepared and no reassurance was given from their end

Bedrooms are very well finished/modern and comfortable. Lovely bathroom, rain head shower. Good location.

One lift, and it’s tiny. Lobby is very basic.

Please remove those scary paintings from the room - honestly, the man looking at me from behind the bars when i turned my head upon waking up gave me creeps

I have stayed at this hotel for 7 nights which was the worst stay at all, 4 nights of my stay was without air conditioning room temperature was up to 26 degrees and every time i have talked to the hotel they say there is no technician there is nothing we can do about this and apparently this is not there first time they have this issue so be aware before you book.

Air conditioning failure

The air conditioning failed for 3 nights out of 4. We talked with the staff who were aware of the problem but the issue was unresolved at time of departure. We would like a partial refund on this experience.
