- Location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro which took you right into the centre of Milan, right Infront of the Duomo.

- Its perfect for a 1 night stay. The place is clean and water is warm and there is free parking (provided you inform in advance)
Cons -
- Staff wasn't friendly, far to many rules. One didn't feel relaxed. Treated like a young student living in a university dormitory rather than 2 matured adults.
- The staff was very rude. The lady running this place has severe attitude problems. Even though we put the food outside the hotel after she told us its not allowed she kept blaming us that we put it in our bags and was checking our bags again and again! It was horrible. After such a tiring journey we were met with this kind of hospitality which was really traumatizing as it was a new city for us. Never book this place!!!
- The host is a stickler for rules (minor things but you need to keep them in mind). Just follow them and you will be fine!

The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet, with clean sheets, clean towels and hot water. Nothing special, but i wasn't asking for more. I stayed there two nights with my daughter and we had no problem. We could come and go whenever we wanted, even though we couldn't have the keys with us. The lady who runs the hotel, was very clear about that. Everybody talks about the rules, but they were only reasonable. She is just trying to protect her property, her business and the peace and safety of all customers. If i ever go back to Milan, i will try to stay there again, because the neighborhood is quiet, the price is fair, the hotel is safe and the metro is very close. If you want luxury, don't go, there are many other places for you. If you need/like simple things, it's the place for you.
Everything was fine, given my demands
The hotel is in a good location, in a quiet area and close to the metro. The host was friendly and helpful (if you are not a troublemaker). The room was spacious.
Too many rules. It worked OK for us, but I don't think it's for everyone. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Eating in the room is not allowed.
The room was okay, it had a basic bathroom and a normal comfortable bed. It’s a one star hotel, so don’t have any high expectations. The place was very clean and bathroom was very spacious and comfortable.
The only issue of this whole experience wasn’t the accommodation itself, it was mostly the customer service from the lady who runs the place called Mira. I travel for work a lot, and in all my years of travel I have never had such an unpleasant and bizarre customer service experience like this one. The lady that runs the place called Mira explained to us a long list of rules at our check in. Some of the rules were very bizarre and strange, like the one where we had a curfew of 11pm each night. You couldn’t stay out later than 11pm because that’s when she goes to bed. We also had to leave our room key with her every time we went out, so that meant that every time we went out, we needed to call on her to do the whole room key process which was very annoying. I felt like she was monitoring everything we did and it made me feel like I was in prison and not in vacation. She also mentioned that we couldn’t bring any snacks or drinks into the room which was very uncomfortable since I have low blood sugar and like to have snacks on hand at all times for that reason. We were also not allowed to bring in any alcohol or wine into our room. She always made it seem like we were a bother to her and like she was doing us a favor in us being there, instead of us being paying customers who deserve respect and kindness.
Very poor
As my flight is delayed I went hotel by 10.30pm on 25th September and the lady in reception shouted at me &told after 10pm reception was closed. After requesting she allotted room in 2nd floor. There is no lift &I have to carry 2×23 kg suitcases on steps. Check out time is 11AM. I had very bitter experience in this hotel.
Mainly the rules and regulations of hotels and the onwenr which keep it as is When I revisit Milano I will be in the same hotel with the Owner Mrs.Mira she is so kind assertiveness and looks like a mother I like this women so muchI strongly recommend this hotel with lovely Mom Mira to stay for my friends
Nice, simple hotel with garden and parking. Calm neighbourhood
Close to the subway & Clean.
Too many rules... But we didn't take it too seriously :)
It is worse place I...
Everything was bad. That lady acts us as a not human. She comes to our room each time we left the room and threat us to give police.
Passable
You have to be extremely quiet in the room after 10pm because the owner is very careful about it and the walls in the hotel are very poor and you can hear everything very clearly, I definitely do not recommend it to people with children.
Worst “hotel” experience of my entire existence. The woman in reception is also the one in charge. She called me the day after screaming something and calling me a “fool”. Of course, it wasn’t the same when we were talking face to face. Long story in short, pay 300-500-1000 extra and go stay somewhere better for your physical health, mental health and your family. I was there for business meetings and I was just coming to sleep. Even with that it was the worst. Spider webs were all over the ceiling.
My friends and I did not enjoy being yelled at for leaving a light on and the window open. Nor having our privacy invaded while we were out for dinner. We understand that every hotel has a set of rules that are mandatory to follow and it was a genuine mistake leaving the light on - screaming in our face, constantly making references about how we are not in our ‘own country’ and snatching a bag of food out of my hand to make sure no food packaging was open was nothing short of unprofessional and made us feel nervous to walk through the reception every time. We left a night early
Clean, well organized. Quiet neighborhood full of beautiful villas, close to public transport (metro, bus, vintage tram). A nice 30-45 min walk to the Central Station if you like exploring. There is a large park within ten minutes walk with a playground and several benches. The location and the price of the hotel are the highlights. The hotel itself is sparse but adequate. No food is allowed in the hotel itself, and there are limited options for tea/coffee in the small lobby. There is a lovely gazebo in the garden that can be used for takeout food. Guests who plan to eat out for all meals will find this arrangement no problem; guests who prefer snacking during their stay, or who have dietary restrictions, may struggle with the lack of on-site options.Due to the age of the property, there were various rules in place for my room, such as being careful with the furnishings (shower vent, shower doors, rolling shutters, etc). The hostess also explained rules for the comfort of all guests, such as quiet hours. Check-in and checkout were efficient. Noise levels were reasonable. The rooms were cleaned every day.A simple, comfortable stay.
This hotel is just to get through the night ,and no other services .The hostess doesn't allow to bring in snacks or any other food ,she even came to check if we were eating .And many more instructions on how to behave ,how to open the window and the door
For sure, I’m not going back
The person in charge of the hotel was a lady that sleeps in the entrance, to open the door every time you get out because when you get out you cannot leave with the key you cannot eat inside of your room. You cannot speak loudly. You cannot drink inside the room you cannot you cannot arrive drunk at the hotel. You always have to leave your car keys with her if you want to leave the car inside of the park of the hotel. More rules, and a lost of dust everywhere She scream at us one night because we left the hotel to smoke a cigarette

Tiny cold room with paperthin...
This is a scam. Please stay away from this place. Its not a hotel by any definition. I have been travelling all over world and never seen a”Hotel” where there’s only one employee. Who sleeps in a couch on the reception lights off and door closed. Anyone wants to enter the reception has to ring (which is very loud) enough to wake her up from sleep. The wall of the hotel has no sound proof properties at all. Every footstep can be heard from all the rooms. If you are planning to have a good night sleep, forget about it. Then there’s the rather unpleasant and old unprofessional woman (who is the receptionist) keeps explaining “RULES” for eternity. Even how to use toilets! Before even coming to the property she bombarded me with numerous messages explaining those rules by the way. I was tolerating at the beginning but then she started quizzing me about what type of food I ordered on deliveroo and straight up told me to close the trash!!!( as if It’s a charity!! ) She is rude and unprofessional and has no respect for the guests! This property should not be labelled as a hotel and be removed from booking.com. It was a complete waste of the money and the room was so cold and small and was in the ground floor suffocating. The blanket and second pillow didn’t even have any cover.
Everything in this place is very basic but good and useful, you definitely have everything you need in a hotel. What you get against what you pay has a valuable result. People working to clean the rooms are very professional and cute, huge shout out for them. I would definitely come back to stay there.
The intro speech about the rules of the place is a bit boring, should be faster and lighter. It sounds like a hard warning, and that's not nice as you arrive in a place right after a long trip. Would be better to give a written deal and get into the room quickly. There's no lift, so with big package it's a hard way up lol
