Friendly, helpfull and available staff. Good location steps to subway.

Room is dated.

2 minutes walking to metro. 5 minutes driving to central railway station.

Noisy due to the metro. The breakfast is way too simple.

Location was close to Duomo and train station just around the corner, lots of stores and places to eat

The staff was excellent! They answered all my questions and very helpful with suggestions regarding eating establishments. They helped us navigate the metro. The staff responded quickly when we had a problem with the shower. The location is excellent M1 Lima stop is 2 minutes away, you don't even have to cross the n arrow street to get to the station. I would recommend this hotel if you want no frills clean, comfortable & affordable hotel in Milan.

The shower head in the room needs to be replaced and the shower did not drain the 1st time we used it. Fortunately we noticed (even without my eyeglasses) before we flooded the room. However, we were able to use the shower in another room. (Was fixed next day though). The room was very warm had to leave windows open overnight to cool the room.

just the room was smelling strong perfume at the check in, after I aired everything was ok , I advise they should use less chemicals and perfumes while cleaning.

Next to to Lima meteo station, 15 min walk from Milan Centrale, lots of restuarants, cafes and shopping around the hotel... I loved the bath tub in my room...

Breakfast needs attention... And the service in the breakfast truly needs proper supervision..

Lovely, quirky hotel, comfortable bed, very well decorated. The breakfast was delicious and varied, it was well chosen (hot eggs, vegetables, juices, fruit). Very friendly staff who were really helpful.

The only problem was the shower. It's in a bath in the bedroom. As there is no shower curtain, it's difficult not to splash water on the floor. A shower curtain would be a good idea. Also...milk and coffee as well as tea would be lovely.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough for two people and well equipped. The accommodation is a 15 minute walk from the central train station.

The walls are very thin and you can hear noise day and night.

The location was so good, right on top of Lima metro station, which made the whole city easily accessible. The staff were very kind and it was great to have a lift for our luggage. The rooms were cool and breakfast was yummy.

A great choice when visiting Milan. Easy to access from the main train station, clean, comfortable and with a definite touch of quirkiness that raises it above average. Would recommend.

We stayed only an overnight, but truly enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location was really very convenient and the rooms were stylish and equipped with all necessary items.

The hotel is perfectly place next to Lima metro station, the staff (Mary) were great to help with any questions/directions and our room was exactly what we needed.

Location is great, the room we were in was a bit small but very functional and the design of the place is very curated. The staff was very friendly!

We were given a comfortable room for three people of a fairly good size. We really appreciated the option to choose between soft and firm pillows, the comfortable mattresses, and the hotel’s choice of high-quality branded shower gels and shampoos.We arrived very tired and much earlier than the official check-in time but the staff did everything possible to accommodate us quickly, many thanks to them for that. Overall, communication with the staff was very pleasant, they were extremely helpful and welcoming.There was a good selection at breakfast, with tasty coffee, pizza, and pastries.The hotel is located in a residential, non-touristy area but close to the metro, shops and restaurants, which can be reached with a relaxed 10-minute walk. There is also a large green boulevard with a dog park just on the next street, which was very convenient for us.

There were no downsides at all.

The personel is very friendly! They are very helpful and polite. It was a pleasure talking to them. I had a small problem with the bathroom regarding the leakage and they have changed the room fast. I stayed there during my business trip and had to work through the night and really needed a cooffee, and even tho there is no night bar, they were very kind to offer me a cup of coffee. Small things matters! The bed and pillows are very comfartable and if you travel a lot, you know this is very important! Bathrooms are clean, no extra noise, even tho it is in a busy area o the city. There is a small store nearby that makes it very comfortable to by water or snacks. In general my stay in this hotel was very pleasant
