CSI Group - Hotel Metropoli

Very close to the shuttle Bus from/to the airport.

The hotel is on the third floor of a building Need to use the elevator to go in and out of the hotel.

The location was perfect. Mercato Centrale just around the corner as well as the bus to the airport and train station. With many food options nearby. We arrived early, nevertheless got our room immediately, so, thank you for that. No issues with hot water, the ac worked perfectly. Room booked for 3 adults and was big enough to accommodate 3 of us (3 beds). Definitely value for money.

Location only, the room size is not bad but don’t be fooled

This building has one different hotel per floor so the location is nothing special, feels like an airport hotel it’s so loud!!From my room I could hear everything happening on the reception and the cafeteria in front where breakfast was, and I mean everything, what they were saying, plates sound and the doors!! Omg every time a person came in the hotel or in and out of their room it was a boom inside the room!

Perfect location on the same street as the Train Station. We stayed just for one night but we loved the place. Clean and comfortable, and the room was big enough for three people.

Difficult to find an entry to the hotel. I found the place by direction but could not see the hotel’s sign there. Was looking and it was hiding in the plane view. Very small sign next to a group of other hotels, like Hotel Midwest and a couple more.

We could see the train station from our room window, so the location was perfect. The place was spotless clean, and all the staff we met weee respectful and kind. We were in a very busy and noisy street, but nothing could be heard in the room when closing the window.

The location of the hotel is its best feature. Proximity to Milan Central station is great.

As everyone enters the hotel and sleeps on the same level, the noise level of other guests either leaving or arriving the hotel is considerable, especially if you are sleeping next to the lift. In addition, some people are very noisy when leaving early in the morning, or when coming in during the early hours.

Room in general, cleanliness, staff, location, wifi- , breakfast.

There was no hot water for showering at first. I had ti go down to the reception. They restarted the boiler. After that it was fine

24/7 staff was very friendly, and helpful when I asked questions about how to get around. Good location right by Milano Centrale

It was very clean, easy to find, and near the central station. Staff was ready to help always and they allowed to check us in earlier

Location is perfect just opposite the main train station. Room is simple but clean. Before we arrived, we’re worried about the elevator but in fact it was functioning well though it looks old fashion and small. Staffs provide good service. It was a very pleasant stay for us in Milan

Spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size and shower wonderful. Complimentary water was much appreciated.

Coat hooks near door would have been nice.

Excellent shower, 24 hours reception, elevator working, clean towels and room, excellent location with air conditioner working.

It was awesome. The staff was really helpful, even though we didn't manage to get there in time, they kept the reservation. The bed was comfy and the location was awesome: near main train station, metro station and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

Hard to find because there is no sign outside the building and there are several other hotels in the same building. Very confusing.

Near to all the transit like buses, tram ect. Even the train station. Also clean and the the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. Coffee is not good

Very nice staff, very helpfull. Even lent me some thread and a needle to saw a button on my shirt! My room was so clean and quiet. I really appreciated the toothbrush and toothpaste and the boiler and tea. And the slippers. Really nice. Breakfast was great also.

Super convenient right beside central station; elevator (a few stairs first); generous breakfast (ours was included); clean, comfortable. There are several hotels on different floors- friendly staff on lower floor hotel kindly redirected us.

The location is right across from the train station and Central Mercado. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The reception is responsible and helped us with the problems very quickly. AC works well
