    Pros +

    • Good location, big rooms that are nicely appointed, helpful staff, and effective AC.
    • Very stylish rooms that focus on modern design. The minibar was free. It's a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, yet it's on a side street, so the rooms were very quiet.
    • Staff was excellent and the room was very nice.

    Cons -

    • No complaints about the hotel.
    • There is no breakfast, but there's an excellent bakery 5 minutes away. Also, there is no parking, but again there is commercial parking (for 25Euro) 5 minutes away.
    • There was not the customary breakfast but they did offer coffee and juice in the room and snacks to offset the lack of breakfast. I think it was a lack of space that forced the situation.

Fabulous location and a unique room with a fully stocked complimentary mini-bar! The jacuzzi was an added bonus. Don't miss this hotel! The staff is amazing and showed us how to use everything in the room! Make sure to visit the Vintage Valentino!

It’s a very stylish hotel. The room was very comfortable. Anthony, Luisa and all the other staff were friendly and helpful. The location is superb. The walk to the Milano Duomo and La Scala Opera House takes only a few minutes.

Nothing. We knew there was no restaurant on property. We enjoyed the Max Cafe, which is block or so away from the hotel. Great coffee and croissants.

This hotel was very amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. my room was clean, comfortable and elegant.

Pretty large room at the corner. Nice big bed, good bathroom and water pressure, with rain shower. Tiled floors, very clean, housekeeping service daily. Coffee in room. Big window looking at the street, but location was central, though very quiet. The hotel is small, no restaurant or bar, on a side street. Walking distance from everywhere, kitty corner from the Bleucc restaurant. One issue of note..no heating. They need to get permission from the city to turn on the heat, only ac for now. We got 2 extra comforters. Overall, pricey (about 360 euro a night) but nice and comfortable boutique hotel, to relax and get over the jet lag. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the property! Perfect location for shopping and access to many things in the heart of Milan!

The extra space with the separate living area was an added bonus with our belongings and feeling less crowded.

The location is great. An easy walk into the centre or to the nearest metro stop. The bed was comfy and the room was ample sizing. The staff were friendly and soft drinks and some food were included. The bathroom was large in size and had a hairdryer and also straighteners available in the room.We were also very lucky in that our room was already available when we checked in very early at 11am.

It was a shame that no breakfast was available. We were unable to lock the door from the inside and the cleaner came in during the morning. The drinks in the fridge aren't checked as there was a half drunk bottle of apple juice there.

Large, comfortable, well-appointed room. Huge bed. Free minibar (excluding alcohol). It’s in an excellent location within easy reach of the duomo and the fashion district. Staff was helpful (great dinner recommendations, etc.)

Two issues: our room faced Via San Damiano, and even on the 3rd floor (4th US), the noise from the street was enough to wake us if an ambulance or racing motorbikes came past. Also, during our stay, the WiFi was out intermittently; staff tried to fix it with mixed results.Overall, it was a very good stay — if not for these two issues it would have been perfect

The property is in a great location with Affiliato Carrefour Express (mini grocery store) just across the street with all necessities and great choices for pre-cooked restaurant style foods. Near San Babila square and all brand name shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafe’s to choose from. Walk or bike to the Duomo in 10mins. Rooms were good for solo traveler. Small mini bar could be optional for those who don’t drink alcohol to make room for small meals. I had view of flowers spilling over the balcony across from me. Front desk attendants helpful for suggestions.

Might consider some minor adjustments to remove any excess oils and scents to improve ventilation. I noticed some minor dustiness in air vents around windows and fingerprints on portable coffee maker. Otherwise all was clean and offered. I turned down room service for most of my stay to for sustainable purposes.

    The apartment was spacious.

No lounge or bar area. I was surprised to be in a residential building rather than a hotel.

The young Asian woman was wonderful and knew how to be creative and harden the very soft bed that made our backs ache. We put books under the mattress. We were 2 sisters with one chair in the room. There was no closet but a pole. there was no dresser for our clothes. The Indian girl had to call the main office so we could get an bottle of water.

The knowledge of the workers did not know resources in the neighborhood. The beds were soft and the young lady at the desk with the eye lashes said that old people like soft beds ! she had to call the executive office to see if we could have an extra bottle of water. the terrace was so small thata could not fit the two of us. ...and only one chair.
