I only had Apple Pay, and they said they would accept it as an exception. However, at check-out it turned out that they had charged this money as a city tax - 10 euros per person per night, even though Booking.com states that the city tax is 7 euros.Besides, the hotel facilities look old, not fresh The location is very far from centre, cannot recommend

Perfect location located near the edge of Milan. Hub for may who's last night is Milan, flying out the next day. Clean, lovely, spacious rooms. Bar + restaurant located downstairs, convenient and delicious. Fast and easy check-in.

Not very helpful staff at reception; evening shift.Asked for water refill but insisted on charging us.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel’s location is not convenient, as it is far from the city center and main attractions, which made getting around time-consuming and costly. Additionally, the help desk staff were not very helpful when assistance was needed, which added to the frustration of the stay. Overall, the service and location did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was nice, good service at the front desk, they were cooperative and helped me find a parking spot immediately. We checked in late and the staff was very helpful.
The location is a bit far from city center. It took a 40 minute ride in a tram to go to Duomo, and the trams are not exactly on time. The staff was kind enought to guide us.

We wanted to book a hotel close to the stadium, and Booking.com advertised it as being only 2.4 km away. That’s why we chose it. In reality, the distance was almost twice as much. So be careful and always check the actual distance on Google yourself if you want to be sure how far a hotel really is from the places you want to visit.

This was a Pure disaster. We expected that name “Hilton” means something. This was every painful Stay in hotel. First of all hotel is not maintained, toilette was poorly cleaned, mold on the toilet walls. Sound isolation is really bad, we missed part of our Room Dors and Had a feeling that we sleep in the hallway. Unlike Arnold Schwarzenegger we will not be back.
