Pros +
- Good price, location and quality of the hotel.
- Great location — about 450 meters from the Porta Venezia metro station. There was calm background music during breakfast, and the breakfast itself was good, although it would have been nice to have at least one vegetable option. The reception staff were very helpful — they even lent me an umbrella.
- Bad
Cons -
- There was no breakfast available at the hotel.
- The hotel is ideal for a short stay. As mentioned in previous reviews, the soundproofing could be better, as noise from the corridor and other rooms can be heard. Of course, this is largely due to the behavior of some guests — one in particular was slamming doors at night and speaking very loudly on the phone.

Clean, good breakfast, good customer service.
Location of the hotel is very good. The staff are very frindly and helpful!
It was quite cold in the rooms at night.
Small room with comfortable bad
Breakfast is not Brakfast !! Just one croissant and two biscuits
Reasonable priced and in a good area.
Needed tea or coffee facilities.
A clean room, nice personnel, easy check-in, 15-20 min walk to the city center (also you can use metro or a tram), a park nearby and a grossary store just across the street. For Milan it was good value for money.
If you are a light sleeper, you may suffer a tram right under the windows. Not sure if they've got an elevator. Please keep in mind - the floor may be very cold in winter (which is quite common for Italy though). No other issues identified.
The best thing about Brianza is location. You are quite close to the center of Milan and not so far away from the Central station. You can walk to all of the important destinations by foot and also you have a lot of tram and metro stations near by. The acommodation is quite spacious and clean.
It is quite confusing that at the entrance of the hotel you have two names, we were not sure if we are on the right place. Secondly, in the morning the cleaners are quite loud with moving the furniture (it sounded like that). On our check out, very early in the morning, the main door of the hotel could not open up immediately, so we have lost our tram for the Central station and almost lost our bus for the airport.
Fit for purpose. Tram #1 passes in front of hotel
No lift. Small room for 4 pax. Poor room insulation but can be quiet after 23:00+

I was disappointed because the bathroom door was locked and I was alone in the room, I had no phone and nothing to contact. My friends went down to the reception to have fun. I had to push the door, the lock broke. I told the landlord what happened. I did not accept everything that had happened to me in my life. I was heartbroken. He did not let me leave without paying another 100 euros for something that was not my fault. On the contrary, I ask for your attention. Thank you.
location
paid more than 200 per night. Its compare to European prices are super high for such a hotel. The breakfast is so poor for that price. On my departure I couldn't take my breakfast since I was leaving much earlier. I asked a water at least to take with me. The receprionist said is chargable. Disappointed.
The staff was great, very friendly and helful. I appreciate the delicious coffee provided by the staff during breakfast. Great location, close to 2 metro station. Great restaurant Tarantella apposite to the hotel, with reasonable prices, we tried it first after the receptionist Mr.Max advised us to go there.
I've been to this hotel 3 times. The staff is really friendly. They helped me to check in earlier and always responded to my requests very quickly. The location is very good. It is close to Porta Venezia metro station and the railway station Milano Centrale. The room was clean. The reception is 24 hours a day.
Poor
Staff very angry and not helpful. Shower broken. Dirty shower tray tiles cracked. Beeda leaking. No lift to the bedroom floor stairs carpet worn. This hotel is just a one star. The cost was crazy we will not be back.john and Marcia.
Nothing at all
Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing to formally request compensation for my recent stay, which was far below acceptable standards and certainly did not justify the amount of €160 paid for the room. The issues we experienced included:The shower was broken, with missing and damaged parts, and there was no shampoo provided. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with dirty floors and water everywhere. Some tiles were broken, the toilet flush button was damaged, and the toilet paper had clearly not been replaced after previous guests. The shutters did not close, so the room was filled with light early in the morning. There was also absolutely no soundproofing, meaning we could hear the tram passing every five minutes extremely loudly. The air conditioning unit was very old, leaking, and not functioning properly. There was no elevator, which made the stay even more inconvenient. The staff did not speak English, making communication at both check-in and check-out impossible.Overall, the conditions were unacceptable and the experience extremely disappointing. Given the very poor quality of the accommodation compared to the price paid, I strongly believe a refund or compensation is justified.I kindly ask you to review this case urgently and provide a fair resolution.
The receptionist was very helpful, and kind . our flight was at night and they allow us to leave our luggage free of charge.
We have to carry our luggage 2 floors , the property doesn’t have elevator
Kind and friendly staff always happy to assist
Our fridge barely worked and had a broken shelf (wasn’t too much of an issue though. Still kept things cool
Clean, modern, 18 minutes walk to Milano central train terminal, 25 minutes walk to Milan duomo and city Center, good breakfast, accommodating, can leave ur luggage prior check in as observed to others, let us leave our luggages after check out as our flight at night so we manage to go around Milan Center
Quite expensive for us family of 6 ( keep in mind u have still to pay the city tax each person per night)
Great location just north of the main area of Milan
Shower was a little bit finicky, sometimes little tricky to get things around the hotel
