Great location, really good breakfast

Room and bathroom are small but if you are just sleeping there its fine. Also room is facing the alley so blinds are down and no light comes in.

The location was excellent. Just had to walk out your door for restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy room was comfortable with air-conditioning.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed linen was clean and fresh and changed daily and they provided a very nice breakfast. Felt very safe walking around the area, even at night. Would class the hotel more as a 2 star, not a 3.

The room was tiny and a bit shabby. The bathroom was very small and anyone much larger than me (108lb) would have a hard time using the toilet in comfort.

Tha breakfast could be better. When items run out the were not replaced.

More choice. When items ran out they were not replaced. Example one day we went for breakfast and asked for bacon and we were met with yhe answer 'sorry finished'. Colour of scrambled eggs was almost green.

The staff were so nice and remembered what you drank for breakfast . I had an early train to catch on leaving and The receptionist told me to come early (at 7.00) and had a coffee waiting for me and had checked me out the previous night so I could get off very early . Complete range of food for breakfast

very small place and toilet . for one night stay ok this stay . for solo traveler wo want to sleep only at night .

The hotel is in a perfect location. But the rooms are really small and uncomfortable. I was in the back, but I can hear noise all night long.

The property was a cute property with a great location. Easy to get to the Duomo and a short walk to the Brera district. My only complaint is that the shower floor was quite slippery - we had to put a towel in the shower to not slip. Everything else was great!

The hotel is gorgeous it was vey clean with a great view on the street and it was very close to the Duomo just two minutes walking and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The duomo is just 6 steps far from the Rio Hotel!!The team is super and polite and you feel home.

The location is excellent.

The room number 55 had very bad smell of mould, you could see fungus on the wall. We had to stay the whole night and breathe the fungus as no other room was available.we changed the room only the following night. However, the discount should be given for that discomfort. That room should not be given to the guests!

The location is fantastic. Very clean hotel. Worth for the money you pay. It's 3 star so perfect.

It's noisy that's the only thing. Especially night time but obviously is central 1 min away from Duomo square.

Beds were very uncomfortable and too much constant noise in room…walls too thin constant noises from street, hallway and above. Also AC didn’t cool…and it was hot in the room.

I was given room 14. The toliet is wedged between the wash hand basin and the bide'. In order to sit on the toilet, one has to sit sideways and turn to one's left. One has to be a gymnast. It seemed as if I was eating from the wash hand basin. In the shower there are plastic conduits with wires showing very shoddy work. The water coming out of the shower was not hot whilst that of the wash hand basin had a good warm temperature. I complained to the Receptionist when checking out and asked whether she has been inside Room 14. The lady apologised very politely and said that she would inform management of my complaint. I told her that for €150.00 I expected much better because the hotel is in the centre of Milan and not some obsure location. I took photos of the two main shortcomings
