The hotel was amazing located on a secluded street but very close to the sites most tourists want to visit: LaScala, the Castle, the Duomo, the main shopping areas. We would highly recommend the hotel. The staff was very helpful.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay and we'd go back.

The location was incredible, even better than I had hoped. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

The shower didn't get very hot in room 11.

I liked the location and the size of our bedroom. Unfortunately, we spent only two nights there but I would stay comfortably for way longer.

The heater is quite noisy, and didn’t get hot enough throughout the night. It were winter when we were there and was pretty cold outside.

Really beautiful, has all the amenities you need. The Lockers were so useful to store our large luggages. It's also super close the centre.

I liked the location, breakfast and the big room.

I think it would be better if it was easier to contact the front desk or concierge person.

The apartment is quite big and near to the shopping area and restaurant

There is no daily cleaning, and breakfast starts quite late. I can’t make it for breakfast most days because the tour starts at 7 a.m. I’ll only be able to have breakfast for two days during the stay.

Really pretty decor. Had a washer and dryer we could use.

Person sleeping on sofa bed had to go through master bedroom to get to toilet. Wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others.

The location was good . That s it !

Everything was broken and nothing was working . There is no reception , everything with a chat bot , the key lock was not working , the place is in very bad condition, curtain missing and hangers , shower head broken , shower water knob broken , heating system broken , uncotrolable and super noisy , furniture full of scratches , your hear all the noise from the street and the hallway .

I really enjoyed the classic style of the furniture with a touch of contemporary amenities such as the induction hob and the bed lamps. There's an attention to detail.It's extremely easy to check-in and you can find all the infos needed on the app!

The hotel is nice and looks good

I didn’t like that there was no one at the reception.I arrived at 3:00 PM to check in, and the room was only ready two hours later.All communication with them was via WhatsApp, not face to face.Our room was at the far end, after the elevator, and then we still had to go up additional stairs with our luggage, which was very inconvenient.Overall, it felt like there was no one to talk to in person — only messaging on WhatsApp.

Location is great

It's not worth the money! And it's definitely not a 4 star Hotel. It's a ghost hotel with no staff. Their concept of everything digital sounds smart but is poorly executed and resulted in multiple issues. On top, our room was not cleaned during our stay.

The hotel is well located.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.Construction work was taking place, but this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. We received an email only after the reservation had already been completed, leaving us with no real choice. Had this been clearly stated beforehand, we would most likely have chosen another hotel. In addition, the noise started as early as 8:30 a.m., not 9:00 a.m. as announced.Our arrival was chaotic: the access code to the room did not work and had to be changed. The room was not ready, and when we were finally able to enter, the floor was completely wet.During our three-night stay, no housekeeping was provided at all: trash was never emptied, towels were never changed, and no cleaning took place. We even had to leave a trash bag outside the room door, assuming it would be collected by housekeeping, but instead received an email explaining that we had to dispose of our own trash something we have never experienced in a 4-star hotel.On top of this, several facilities were defective, including a malfunctioning bathroom sink and damaged or unusable storage space in the room.In summary: lack of transparency, early morning construction noise, multiple issues upon arrival, no housekeeping, and services far below the advertised standard.The price paid is completely unjustified. We do not recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfy and nice hot shower with a good amount of space to hang clothes etc

Noisy air con.The couch swallowed you making it difficult to get out of. I think the springs had gone
