Simple hotel, staff are lovely, great prices

The location is close to the central station Good value for the price

It’s quite dark inside the room and you can clearly hear the sound from the corridor

Hotel is very close to metro, and just half our walk to Duomo and main center activities, which is very helpful. Room is ok size, everything works and in good order, staff was nice and available. I'd rate it 2*-3*, not just one.

Convenient location close to Porta Venezia

No elevator, uncomfortable mattress and extremely small room. 130€ for one night is definitely too expensive

Location is very good as it is a short walk from Lima metro station and I was also able to walk there from Milan Centrale train station. There are vending machines on the ground floor with snacks and a seating area.Staff are at reception 24 hours a day.The en suite toilet/ shower are good as is the TV in the room.Heating worked well.Staff were friendly. Walkable from restaurants and shopping areas.Very convenient to attend an exhibition in Fiera Rho by metro.Superb for me as a solo female traveller.

Curtains are a bit thin.Room is a bit basic for example the bed (but it works well due to price and location).

Perfect location. Clean, safe, easy to access the city or the station or metro. Basic room, with a bed and shower. Perfect for a single traveller. 24 hour staff on the reception desk

Was cheap and there was a fridge to sell water.

The bed was uncofortable and the pillow smel mold.

Place was easy to find, and there is always someone at reception 24hours. Room was tidy

The halls are very long and dark, no elevator. When you go out you have to leave your key at reception. The mattress was a bit hard for my liking and there was only one pillow that was thin and hard. But there was an extra bed cover in the closet that helped to insulate heat. You can hear the neighbours if they shower and use the hair drier. But other than that it was a good price for a place to sleep

Clean room, shower and clean sheets. Welcoming staff.

One star hotel, but the service by the staff was great, and the facilities were quite clean and comfy. It was easy to reach it from the central station and not too expensive.

The rooms need a bit of structural adjustment, like modern bedsheets, paint retouchets, fix the window that let cold draughts come in.

I got a room with two double beds, both were very clean and well made. The bathroom was clean too and it was perfect for my one night stay. Also not too far from the central station, which proved to be very practical for me.

The hotel is 12 minutes away from Milano Centrale by walk.

The stuff was polite and smiling. The room, the bed and the bathroom were clean. The bed is comfortable. Location is superb. It is good value for money.
