Price quality ration is great. Good location, easy check-in and -out. Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast would have been nice, but there are many places close by for that.

Was too hot in the room and the AC work only when you re home...We was in the end of June was very hot outside so also in room need to stayed for few hours AC on but we didn t have this option so when we arrive back was too hot and the AC don t work very well

The location was not to far from the sites.

The AC was not working & the staff kept saying " give it some time" it never came on finally the next day they agreed to give us another room.

Good value for money, great location, simple room but it has all what is needed for a short stay, everything is well cleaned and maintained, friendly staff. Actually, we were surprised that it is only 1 star

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it had a great hot shower which all are very important.

I did not like having to go up a flight of stairs to reach the bed. For a younger person probably not a big deal, but for someone in their 60's not so much fun, especially if you have to get up at night to go to the restroom.

Facilities were as advertised. Basic and outdated, but everything was clean and worked as it should. Beds were comfortable. Close to Navigla neighborhood

Incredibly noisy at night. Impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. Felt safe in area during day but would not walk around alone at night.

Comfortable hotel close to the canal area and restaurants nearby.

Since it was a last minute booking, I focused on the rating and the reviews, which were already high, so I booked it; and I'm so glad I did. I loved that there were plenty of cafes, shops and dining options to explore and choose. It was near a cute plaza, and made for a very walkable and comfortable place to be for two nights. Just less then a half mile, there is a park that is lovely to walk through and relax. I very much appreciated the staff; they were all very kind. I especially appreciated getting to sit in the lobby, after checking out, until it was time for me to make way to my bus. I would absolutely stay again.

I didn't like that I didn't book an extra night or two. Hmm, I didn't like that I didn't explore the quaint sitting area, mid-floor. Oh, and I certainly didn't like that I did not get the names of the staff so that I could extend a personal thanks to each of them. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Clean hotel. Room is small but cozy. AC worked. Bed is great for 1 person. No breakfast. Easy with transportation. 20 min walk to Duomo. Nice local cafes around.

Maybe in room mini fridge would be helpful.

They let me check-in earlier because the room was already cleaned, so that was great! It is close to the city center, great value for money!
