Lovely space in the room, fitness room was great, the free water and coffee was a nice touch,good proximity to the train station

This hotel is convenient to the train station, mass transit, attractions, and walkable areas for restaurants. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are LOVELY.

We should have stayed longer.

The room was large. The location was great. There are two breweries, very close by one right next to the train station. All you can drink free, bottled water. All the coffee and tea you can drink too.

These rooms made us wish we were staying longer in Milan. The rooms were large, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke great English. And the site is a short walk from the train station.

Rooms are very spacious. Hotel had coffee and cookies available each day as well as flat or fizzy water for your outings. Located close to the train station.

Little bit of a walk to 'downtown' sites such as Duomo.

The hotel is hip, clean, and close to the central train station. But the very best thing about it is the friendly staff. They let us check in early when we arrived jet-lagged at 10AM, and all spoke perfect English. What a great atmosphere! We'll be back.

No in-room coffee! You have to go downstairs for espresso. Even instant would have been nice.

Actually, turned out the location was great, close to the cantral train station and a lot of shops and great restaurants.

We wanted to checkout and let our luggage at the hotel for a couple of hours until we get our train, like we usually do in hotels, but there was no staff at reception on Sunday,so it was not possible

Woooooooooow. This was the best place I've ever stayed. Compared to the other over priced hotels in the area this was more comfortable than all others.

Courteous staff at the front desk, extremely clean room and bathroom, and espresso machine in the lobby (as well as instant coffee in the room). The room was very spacious and had an extremely comfortable chair for reading/working (though no desk), as well as chair and a bar for eating. Small kitchen area would be convenient for a longer stay.

I could not figure out how to turn out a light in the kitchen except by removing the room key from the system that controls the room's electricity overall -- so to have a fully dark room at night, I could not power my phone overnight.

Location was great and place was quiet

We booked a two bedroom and did not get that. We got a “larger family room” with one bedroom. It made sleeping and naps for our kids very difficult. Things in the room were broken or did not work (buday, dish washer, only certain pans work on stove top but we had to figure that out on our own)

I love the proximity with Milan Central Station, its cleanliness, the attitude of the people working there.

The building is well maintained and neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Reception area smelled nice. Apartments were spacious. We cooked in the kitchen which was equipped enough. Laundry is available in the property with a fee. Breakfast is not available but the unlimited coffee and some pastries at the reception were a plus. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Minor issues. It is a 10–15 minute walk to Milano Centrale, so it is not as convenient when carrying large luggage. The nearest metro stations were about 10 minutes away, which can be difficult if you have someone in the group who cannot walk long distances. Uber was easy to book but relatively pricey. The kitchen knives could be sharper. Not a deal breaker if you don’t plan to cook.

Very convenient location, walkable to everything. It’s like staying in a single room upscale apartment with all the amenities, no gotchas, no exclusions.

The room is clean and people working there are very helpful to our flexible arriving schedule. No breakfast is included but some snacks are provided. The room we stay included a kitchen so we have two faucets to use including the one in the bathroom and this is important for a group of 4 people.

The elevator space is tight, 4 of us with luggage could not squeeze.
