- The only thing that was unexplained that the main hotel is in one building, but I lived in completely different which is about 3 min walk to the other side. So it was confusing to orientate in that building.

The overnight guy was so discriminating and horrible. He didn’t know where my bag was as I checked it in earlier. He kept asking me “is this your bag!?? Like i was going to take someone else’s. And was rude to my friend who dropped me to the place. The second night he was super rude, he mistreated me, refused to give me the pin of the door and didn’t allow my friend to stay at the reception or to go to the toilet even!!! He litterly kicked her out.
The location was pretty close to central Milan. The staff at the check in desk were very friendly and kind.
It was strange to have to check into the hotel in one building, be given the keys, and then have to walk 5 mins to the actual rooms. The rooms were in a peculiar building of apartments, and while tidy and clean, it felt a bit strange. We found it very difficult to lock the door to our room; we think there was an issue with the door fitting properly.
The coffee from the bar was great ( it is a mini bar on the ground floor). Everything was ok - nice staff, room cleaning, comfortable beds, location near the station centrale - 10 min, Duomo di Milano - 30 min walking. Thank you, Due Giardini!
Leaving at 5 AM
The area, the book in process, the building, the noise the feeling of being very unsafe with my wife and teenage daughter.
Very central, new, well-appointed room
A water bottle and cup would have been useful
Very nice and clean. Very close to metro. Very comfortable room. Exactly what we paid for
I would like the room to be a little warmer. Anytime we returned to the room, it was a little cold...

Passable
A lot of noice from the neighbors during the nights. Thin doors and not sound proof.
I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect – just a 10-minute walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. Everything was exactly as described, and I would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommend!
The only downside was that there was no ramp, which made it a bit inconvenient for me as my baggage was quite heavy.
Clean and room size
There was no full length mirror , only 2 hangers , no parking available . Noise from everting ( doors , lights (off and on), neighbours ) and everywhere ( construction workers will wake u up , so no need to set alarm , at night u will experience street life night life , but from you bed ) … The shared bathroom was for both men and women. Pillows and mattress were very hard . No proper sleeping blanket .
Location is close to Milano Centrale, metro and restaurants. Room is clean, bed is comfortable enough for one night.
You hear everything around you, people coming and going, elevator etc, so definitely need earplugs. The part I stayed in was 3 blocks from the reception/'main' hotel and is a very odd building, but it's fine for one night and proximity to the train station.
The room had a good mattress and was very clean. The bathroom was shared, but also very clean and I had no issues with it. The location was excellent. The only downside was the heat — the room didn’t have air conditioning, only a fan, which didn’t help much. There was also some street maintenance going on, so it was quite noisy early in the morning. But overall, it was a good place to stay.
the street was noisy due to construction work, and the room was too hot
We stayed at the separate building. For the price the stay was great. The price was 100eur for a night and we stayed 2 nights. The location is perfect, really close to the city center. Everything in the room was working. The room service cleaned the room everyday of our stay. People write that there is a lot of noise outside, but hey, you chose to stay near the city center. The noise from the street was not that bad. Overall, the stay was great.
The sheets need to be changed to new as there was a small stain.
The friendliest and most accommodating staff myself and my friends came across on our travels throughout Italy. Comfortable rooms and a lovely location to escape from the business of the city in the peaceful back garden.
Super kind staff and very clean, the shared bathrooms were never messy, and it was nice and quiet!
It was all lovely :)
Small property, great staff.
Beggars & homeless in the parks. No lifts, 3 flights with bags, a tough gig. Travel light!
