Really enjoyed my stay! Great location — close to attractions and convenient transport. The room was clean and cozy, you can really feel the care for guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. It’s a pleasure to come back here after exploring the city. I will definitely stay again!

It was in a great location, close to public transport and quiet. The room was spacious, included all relevant resources, equipment, and the reception team were very approachable and generous.

I had a pleasant stay at Mokinba Hotels. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the toilets, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable enough, and the place had a nice overall look. Considering the price, it was definitely good value for money.Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in Milan.

All good, really. Clean room, helpful stuff, nothing special there but it was great value for the money and ok fir a short stay.

Disappointing

The room was very noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at night. The walls are quite thin, so I could hear everything from the outside.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were kept very clean and cleaned everyday.

The hotel room was small, badly needed updating an redecorating and was very noisy. The sound proofing between rooms was very poor to the extent that conversations between rooms were easily heard and there was no sound insulation to outside traffic. The hotel overlooked that San Vittorio Prison, so not a pleasant view.

Comfy bed. Clean room. Close to Metro. Good value.

It is a bit of a walk into the city centre.

The location

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, especially in the bathroom, which felt neglected and in need of a deep clean. There was visible mold in the hallway, and rather than addressing the issue properly, a maintenance worker was simply painting over it.The entire hotel had a strong, musky odor—like a mix of dampness and an old, stale smell that lingered everywhere, including the rooms. It reminded me of a nursing home, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and outdated.Noise insulation was also poor. I could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway from inside my room, which made it difficult to relax or sleep.Overall, the hotel didn’t meet my expectations, especially in terms of hygiene and comfort. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The staff is very friendly and kind! Very accommodating. My mom bought salmon from the grocery store and the lady staff helped her heat it up / provided forks. There’s AC at this property, but the first room we were in had a broken AC, so they switched us to another room. There’s an area to sit + restroom if you’re trying to wait for an uber. Also, if you want breakfast it’s an extra charge. There’s also luggage storage here so you can ask to drop off your items and explore / come back to grab your things. Make sure to bring a portable fan! There’s barely any AC in Milan/Europe in general. Overall, the stay was pretty good. There’s a grocery store across the street/walk a block down. Just be careful of pickpockets in the tourist areas! We did encounter a Chinese Tourist who rented a car and got their tires popped by someone and demanded them to pay to fix the tires. And it happened right across the street in front of the jail. But besides that there wasn’t anything major.

It was a little further out from the city center, but there is a train / tram nearby if you’re trying to use the transit. If you’re in a corner room, it has a really small shower, so it’ll be harder to shower if you’re on the bigger end. Be careful of mosquitos in the summer! There was a lot in Milan in general and I got bit. Prepare creams!

Dreadful place. Opposite a prison, get charged for the few bottles of water they put in your mini bar fridge. Just would not recommend. Especially for £60 per night! Joke

All of it apart from the bed was comfortable.

Tommasso at the reception was unprofessional, he wasn't nice, he didn't explain anything about the stay, he just gave us the keys (he didn't even say which floor, where, when is check out, or the possibility of breakfast). Even I asked him nicely if he can call us when the room will be ready, he didn't and he let us stay in the lobby for 2 hours until 14h when you can start to check-in. We saw many people come and go to their rooms much sooner then us. Is the humanity already dead in this world? Like really? I was so so disappointed. Breakfast was very poor, not much for choice, coffee was very bad, juice was made from the syrup and was horrible.
