No show, trip cancelled COVID-19

There was an issue with the water which made us have to stay at a different hotel for our first night. Best Western provided the transport and room reservation. The new hotel was just ok but we were glad to be at Best Western the 2nd night.

The room is big and the breakfast is excellent.

The room was very cold and the heat did not work. The shower was a trickle,the worst shower I have ever experienced.

Service was above and beyond from the front desk assisting us in finding everything we needed around the city and showing us how to arrive for our final destination in Cattolica to an amazing dinner and a nice rest for our first night in Italy. Thank you!

Nice sized,clean rooms with very comfortable beds and the finest hotel staff I've ever experienced.You will also enjoy a great breakfast.

Our fridge didn't work, and the location isn't really walkable to the city center but otherwise solid.

Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. Eggs were great in the free breakfast. Grocery a couple of blocks away was helpful.

Room stunk and was dark and old. Quite a distance from metro station down a very busy street. Bar fridge not cold.

The proximity to everything

There was a distinct smell throughout the whole building, hallways , my room. Clean enough, but they need to renovate the bathrooms unfortunately.

I didn't leave with anything special, apart from the bed which was very confortable.

The room we received was on the 12th floor and there was only one elevator in operation. I only had one night's, so i can't say much... It was ok

Hotel is very clean, receptionists were very helpful, rooms were so informative about rules and recommendations. Receptionists used to handle situations even if they were busy, I can remember when they could not answer my call and they called me back and asked what I needed. Location is good, not very central, but in a calm area, which is easily reachable from downtown by bus and metro. I asked them and they let me have late check-out with no charge. I liked their English, speaking like native speakers.

The only thing, I dod not like is that I think, there were no disposable slippers (hotel slippers), or there were and I could not find. Finally, I had my slippers and used them. I have no idea about the possible reason of not placing slippers in a room.

The hotel is very basic. The Lobby is nice with all the plants, but the rooms are old and basic.

Breakfast wasnt included but i paid for it as it was a good variety and it had a good selection of gluten free products which is important to me as it is hard to find in italy

the bar closed too early we would have liked a drink after a long day of sightseeing

Sheets were harsh photo attached. Pillows not the best comfort. Too thin.
