Staff not very helpful and the luggage elevator didn¿t work, other than that really good overall.

The property is clean and spacious, with a private parking space and a perfect central location, making it very easy to find. The landlord is extremely helpful and always quick to assist with anything needed.

Everything else. Pretentious, AI bot. Dirty. Loud heating and non existent staff. Basement room, smelled funny.

Smell of cooking in the hallways. Not easy to communicate with a human. If you don’t have a phone you can’t get into your room or building. The sound of the fridge was very noisy. There is no heater in the room and if they provide you with one it’s very noisy. The concept just did not fit with my needs.

The apartments are in a very good condition, there is every for comfort family stay. Location is very nice in the silent area but close to the attractions and transportation facilities

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen and Colombian coffee were a big plus. Also the laundry room was awesome. Unfortunately, the dryer broke down and we had to dry our clothes by hanging them all over the apartment. The staff offered to reimburse us for a commercial dryer off site but by that time everything was mostly dry. The location is great only a 15 minute walk to the historic district. There were several metro stations close by.

There is no breakfast option on-site. The breakfast coupon offered was appreciated but the restaurant was not that close and the options offered for the coupon were not extensive. The service was rude when explaining the options for the coupon. We ended up ordering from the menu since we were already there. It was just OK. I would suggest partnering with a restaurant that serves a real breakfast and is a little happier about doing it.

impossible to experience the rooftop bar since it is occupied with private events all the time - we’d prefer this to be stated on booking because we were excited about trying the wines from the rooftop bar but disappointed..

My experience at this hotel was extremely stressful and disappointing. At first, everything was fine, but when I reported bedbugs in the room and asked for clean sheets, the situation quickly turned into a nightmare.Instead of helping, the staff insisted that I was the same man who had stayed in their property before and failed to pay because of a mistake in their system. I told them many times that I had never stayed in Italy before and that it was not me, but they kept repeating the same accusation.They refused to give me a clean room unless I paid for that “unpaid” night, which had nothing to do with me. Hours passed while I kept explaining myself, and very late at night they even told me to contact Booking.com and ask to be moved to another hotel, leaving me with no clear place to sleep and a lot of unnecessary stress.Only after all this did they realize their mistake, admit that I was not the person they confused me with, and start apologizing. By then, the damage was done — I missed my evening plans, had to buy medicine due to an extreme allergic reaction, and felt completely exhausted.This all happened simply because I asked for clean sheets. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and respectful stay.

Great apartment and really easy keyless access. Everything clean, tidy and comfortable.

My check in was supposed to be from 15hs but on the app it said from 22hs. I reached out with no response so I had to wait until that time to enter.

There was only 1 mirror in the entire apartment which made it difficult for a large group, the irons were available to the entire building as opposed to each room having their own thus they were never available, very loud at night, hot water finished quickly when showering.

I booked a “superior” apartment (bedroom + sofa bed) in Milan, specifying that the sofa bed needed to be ready because I was traveling with my niece. On arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared. Despite multiple calls and WhatsApp messages, the property failed to fix it. At one point, they even falsely claimed that sheets had been delivered, which was not true. We had to improvise ourselves to sleep comfortably.Communication was chaotic and ineffective. Despite having a phone number and WhatsApp contact, no one took action, and apologies were repeated without results. I even had to personally find a housekeeper to resolve the issue, who confirmed she had never been informed by the team.Breakfast: there is no on-site breakfast, and the property does not communicate this in advance. Guests can only use two partner locations:Don Bistro (1 min walk): cozy and friendly, but breakfast is very limited (2 croissants, 1 hot drink, 1 juice per person). Not enough for a full morning, requiring extra purchases.Farini (7-8 min walk): bakery/pastry style, extremely slow service (25-minute wait), poor welcome, and some guests left without finishing.Rooftop: marketing photos are misleading. The rooftop is not accessible for guests; during our stay, access was refused due to a private event.

Horrible. Water damage in room in ceiling. AC broken. Had to leave early.

The location is very good

The breakfast was limited option and the old women in the restaurant was very rude especially the last day. I asked for extra cover from the housekeeper and they did not bring it.
