Location was great, the staff were wonderful, couldn?t do enough for us.

Great design, perfect location. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Super noisy. You feel like sleeping on the street. The elevator slow and always busy, so you have to wait and wait and wait to take it. It costs definitely too much for how it is… I’ll never come back!!!

We stayed here with our family before our flight home and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out until 1:00 pm, which helped us a lot and gave us time to enjoy the city and do some last shopping.The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had a fresh smell. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality food every morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and made everything easy for us.After a busy ski trip, this was a perfect place to relax before traveling home. We really appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again when visiting Milan.

Central location, very clean, and comfortable—great base for exploring the city. Simple, tidy, and exactly what you need for a short stay.

Very close to duomo & shopping. Interesting modern room design & nice view of buildings from outside window. They offer you a small can of coke, sparkling water, and still water for free in an obscure black fridge cabinet. Do not mistake it for the goods from the “wine cellar” (they named it, not me. It is essentially the mini fridge near the door).

Hot tub had some growth inside the filter and kind of hard to operate. They have a weird swing which I assume is a love swing but if you’re over 80kg/176 lbs they advise you not to use it via a placard. Bed is extremely creaky.

Perfect Location, recently renovated , nice and welcoming staff at reception and in the breakfast room, coffee machine in the room.

AC barely worked and was too weak to warm the room, room temp was too cold for our taste especially with 0 temps outside, Breakfast was the same every single day, the selection was reasonable.

Everything was amazing. Beautiful decor, polite and nice staff, and super clean rooms.

There is nothing to mention here. No complaints at all.

Bad experience beds weren’t very comfy and little light

A fantastic location, ideally situated for the shops and the piazza Duomo. The hotel was extremely pleasant, the room we had was the double deluxe which was lovely. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was perfectly satisfactory.

The air-conditioning in the room struggled to achieve the temperature setpoint which meant it got quite warm at night.
