The bathroom was disgusting and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was inside a metal cage, making it extremely noisy whenever you moved. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we were told it wasn’t.

Everything.... the capsule in the room was too small and suffocating. The hair dryer in washroom was not working.there was no shower gel. The sink was blocked. The breakfast was not fresh and no options.it did not even include even a cup of coffee.

The staff are great! Lovely and friendly.

The shared bathroom was brutal sometimes; i think they do their best to keep it clean but when it's super busy it's really hard to.

This location is value for money for the price paid per night. The basic facilities fit to this purpose, were ok and clean.

Location is very convenient to metro station, and not far from Centrale station. Staff were really lovely, and simple check in procedure. Capsule was very clean and comfortable, separated from outside by a black out curtain. Free simple breakfast of croissants, Italian ham and cheese provided. Bathrooms are clean - no shower gel or washing hair product just for reference.

The pod gives you privacy. Good WiFi and nice breakfast (fresh fruits, pastries, bread, ...).A towel is given and a locker is available for a small backpack.Location near the metro and walkable to city center + station. Staff was nice. It was good value especially during Olympics

No big locker for suitcase Pods noisy and mattresses not the best But the biggest problem was cleaning. Even though there is a cleaning everyday (at random hours for example our dorm at 8pm), it was not enough (or maybe because people are also disgusting). The sink was clogged and had to spend 2 nights with a sink filled with filthy stuff (also please people, if you see that it's clogged, don't use it and use another bathroom)

The largest single Capsule I've ever been! So spacious and comfortable. The staff is also so kind by recommending spots to visit, transportation guides and offering breakfast!

The sleeping pods were comfy and private.

The Shower and toilet could have been larger and better. The height of the pods was a bit low to stand up or sit upright comfortably.

It was my second time here, so I'm mentioning what I forgot for the first time - very comfortable beds. And this time temperature in the cabin was fine - not high, not low, just comfortable.

As the first time here, again the electricity in dorm went down. After check in and in the morning - no problem, after breakfast - no lights :(

Super friendly staff, very helpfull. In my cabin the light went down and they reacted immediately. I think the sleeping cabins have enough space comparing to the other hostels offering this type of accomodation. Good breakfast. Big flat screen in the common space where you can watch i.e sport events like Olympic Games.

I tkink that only one bathroom per floor could be not enough when full crowded. And i feel a little bit hot in my cabin.

Ostelzz is located in a great district of Milan. The area is lively and central. The capsules have everything you need and they are not as small as you would expect.

The cleaning was lacking, the bathroom was nasty, full of limescale, dirt, lots of things that needed to be fixed or replaced. The attached photos are only a snapshot of how badly maintained some areas are.

This hotel ruined my entire experience in Milan and Italy. They operate like a Mafia.They sold my Room which I had already paid for, to someone else so they could make dubble profit. And made me stay in a single cube instead. When I complained they said don't worry about it and have a cappuccino instead.This place is litterly a joke, they are not operating a professional bussiness. Rather it's a mafia!

Cheap basic facilities. Terrible soundproofing in the pods made of metal. Finishings are cheap.

Shared bathroom area could do with a bit of maintenance, get it looking a bit fresher and new. Dunno if it was just my room but it was just dark room outside the pods. No lights? Other than inside the pod.

Convenience. Room size. Location to metro.Has real.potential , but needs some upgrading.

Hostel needs some investment. It feels like they have made cheap repairs to pods (ie. Doors replaced by curtains - which are not properly secured, initial facilities not replaced - screens in pods).Bathrooms need a good clean. Toilet seats missing. A bit grubby in places. Lights in bathrooms not working. Tatty furnishings in room areas. Doors not working.
