Don't book this hostel if you want a good night's sleep. Apart from the cold, they have no rules about when people can enter the dormitories or when lights have to be out, or suggestions that guests respect each other. I was alone in a female dorm until another came in at 1.30am, turning on lights and making plenty of noise as she did her hair and makeup, ready to go out 'to work' at 2.15am. Back she came again at 4am - lights turned on so she could make her bed and get ready. I got almost no sleep and was furious!

The staff were nice

It was not clean, the bathroom was disgusting, there was no kitchen (even hor water was problem), wery weird and creepy people on the rooms, I had a unpleasant experience of being woken up in the middle of the night by random guy because he got the same bed as me accidentally

the „breakfast“ offered at the hostel was cornflakes and milk that had gone bad. it seems pretty much the only guests at the hostel were middle-aged men, which made me pretty uncomfortable as a young woman traveling alone.

The stuff was super nice, very very friendly and helpful

It’s an old building in a bit weird districtStill a good price, but you should understand that it is that cheap with the reason

Only the fact that its close to metro

No hot water in the room. No blankets or duvets in the room. No heating in the room. THEY DONT PROVIDE AN INVOICE EVEN THOUGH REQUESTED MANY TIMES

Unfortunately there were some blood stains on the bed. I bet you have bed bugs or once had them. There is no locker that we can lock.Accommodation facilities that do not have lockable lockers are not qualified to operate as accommodation businesses. To prevent bedbugs from bringing anything home and to prevent other guests from stealing myluggage, I slept in the hard, cold common area next to a window.

i ordered a room for 6.we didnt got blankets and we needed to put the sheats our selfs.also there was a blinking light in the shower all night, and anoing muscitos in the room.

ROBBERY

They are scammers gentlemen, I got my reservation and I went there and they told me there’s no room for me and that they would cancel and refund my reservation, I called Booking and they asked the hotel and they shamelessly said that I was rejected because I came with someone else and I had no documents on me, there were a lot of people complaining and even the entrance looks like a jail, again they are the worst. DON T EVER THINK OF GOING THERE

I left the place early. I couldn’t take it anymore. Upon arrival they wanted to charge me in cash a fee that I had already paid in the reservation. The bed was totally naked and they give you the sheets at check-in so you can do it yourself.8 degrees Celsius and they didn’t have a blanket available.The kitchen is equipped only with a small and dirty microwave on top of a chair to share with more than 100 people.Do you want to heat water? Forget about that!! Nothing exists.And the worst of all?? At 4 pm the fire alarm was activated and no one knew how to turn it off!!!Sick people coughing, underwear in public spaces.At 2 am a person turned on the light in the room and started watching YouTube with the speaker on.I couldn’t stand it anymore and left there.A real disaster..I don’t understand how booking.com can have this type of accommodation available in its app.

24 hours reception, supportive staff

Even with double blankets it was quite cold in the room

Perfect “Jail” theme hostel. The cells are exactly like in the movies about prison of 90s. I was in 6 convict cell. Everything is so professional, in the reception all the time carabinery(police) and the real ones. Always somethings going on. Rooms dirty and beds are very old.So thank you for the experience

staff made a creepy comment, labeled food was stolen out of the fridge, kitchen trash was overflowing and when I lifted the lid a swarm of flies flew out, bedroom door didn’t lock

it was very clean (except the blankets which stinked a bit), excellent location, comfortable beds, few people in the room, nice shared area

the door handle to the balcony in our room was broken, the door couldn't be properly closed so it would get pretty cold at night

Receptionists were nice and helpful

Cleanliness, there were bed bugs on my bed and my roommates bed. The clean sheets that they gave me were also not clean. The shower water i thought is cold initially but takes about 5-10 minutes to heat up or get at least get lukewarm. I tried to avoid showering there. One day there were even police who came to investigate someones phone which was stolen and the last location showing was in this hostel. Some guests were also kicked out, with quite a lot of shouting between the receptionist and the guest as the guests didn't have the necessary documents to stay at the hostel.

The property is a good location for the bus station if you have an early bus to get to & that’s why I chose the property. The mattress is quite comfy

The beds are not stable, I was on a lower bed and the person above me moved a lot it felt like a constant earthquake. It rocked so much, the bed frame is awful it shouldn’t shake that much it’s ridiculous. It really affected my sleep. The bathroom isn’t clean & the whole corridor just smelt like urine it’s a horrible smell everywhere. For the showers there’s a shower curtain and anyone can walk by to use the toilets so you don’t get any privacy. The light in corridor is my motion detection so when you’re in the room the light keeps going on and off like there’s a disco in corridor so when you’re trying to sleep it’s irritating. When opening and closing the door it was so loud it needs some wd40 on the hinges so it’s not creaky. You could hear people going in and out of the room.
